I have gone through lots of Staffing Agencies but nothing compared to this one. It's like the old school where you would go into a company in person for a job and get to meet the staff and the surroundings and show them your resume right there and then, l now everything is online now with no interacting with people. This company actually communicate with you and invites you to their facility so you can prepare yourself by first meeting with an agent in person and then going to the next process of completing all the forms necessary so you can be ready to be placed in temp to hire or permanent positions. I enjoyed the service given because I actually got to meet nice real people face to face. read more

I was recently laid off in the construction industry after 37 plus years. I posted my resume on Indeed to a number of Superintendent jobs in San Diego. Matt was the first one to contact me. After talking to him about a position with a company he was working with that was looking for a Superintendent, everything clicked. He answered all my questions and was always there if I had any others, of which I had many. I felt like I had known him forever. I landed that job and I can't thank him enough for all his efforts in going to bat for me. He even checked in on my first day to see how things were going. Thanks Matt! read more

I was contacted by Paula for a Project Engineer position in San Diego & from there she landed me at least 2 interviews that were up my alley. Paula is supportive, generous with her time, has great follow-through, & professional in our work relationship. More importantly, she has excellent interpersonal skills! I feel like she actually honors what I'm looking for, respects where I'm at professionally, gives good professional advice, & treats me like a human being ... not a number to make a dollar on.
