This review is long overdue because of the opportunities that have come my way in part due to a clear, concise, and memorable resume done by The Resume Chic, Jheneal. The Resume Chic assisted me in multiple ways with the layout of my resumes. To begin with, as an educator it is often times hard to juggle what information to include on resumes you are sending out about positions or opportunities not related to the education field. Simply because the lingo that educators speak in is not common to all. The Resume Chic helped me to create a resume that brought my customer service experience to the forefront, highlighted my strengths as an educator and found ways to draw parallels between the two differing worlds. However, that is not the only resume she created for me. She also revamped my educational working resume as well. Through a series of detailed questions she was able to assuredly define the results that I had created as a teacher into digestible bites. Using the resume she meticulously sculpted I applied, interviewed and was offered a new teaching position that provided me with a substantial bonus and will certainly help to propel my career.
