Orange County Public Schools uses Kelly Services to do their hiring. In this entire process, I have encountered nothing but rudeness. A Kelly employee called me on the morning the application was due and told me abrasively that I needed to get it in. It wasn t late. When I got to the interview, on time, professionally groomed, I was sent away because I had not preregistered for fingerprinting EVEN THOUGH THEIR PDF about it says that you only need to preregister if you have not been fingerprinted in another Florida district in the last 3 years (I have). I was told, It s not going to work out in an abrupt manner. I believe the woman was offended by the fact that I had printed out the pdf and was able to show her that what she was telling me was incorrect. I wasn t rude to her, just matter-of-fact. I will be contacting Orange County about this next.
