Brad was a consummate professional but also very personable during the entire process. Having completed placements for the hiring company in the past he was able to provide me with relevant information on the culture of the company and on the leaders, success and on the position itself. I appreciated the fact that he handled our initial and follow up conversation in a nice way, never making me feel like he was trying to "sell me a job so he could earn a commission". Instead he asked questions to determine if I would be a good fit for the company culture in addition to my skill set, experience and in my future career goals. I met with the organization and its leadership team, found everything to be correct that Brad had told me. I absolutely loved the company, the people that I met and what the organization stands for.
