Their platform is so common sense and has all of the functionality I could ever want. I interviewed with 3 different people because of the skill set, and I was sent to an employer that is just AMAZING. I absolutely love my current employer. At first I was thinking that even though this was not my ideal job, I will just take it because I need a job, but it has turned to be the very ideal job that I could ever imagine. In what I believe is proof of this, they do not even seem to have their address posted at their own website. Many remove requests have been ignored, They have not responded at all to a Better Business Bureau complaint either. Why any doctor or health practitioner or any professional would want to do business with them is a mystery to me. I would not want to be a patient of any who did.

For the average person this might seem like a no brainer but in the world of technical recruiting, being able to determine where a person lives and sending them opportunities within a reasonable commuting range is a major accomplishment. Good job Software Resources. On the other than you would think that telling someone via email and over the phone that you're not a Java developer not once, not twice, but SIX TIMES would result in them updating their system to show my actual skill set and send them job opportunities that are a better match. But not at Software Resources. They're going to keep throwing that s*** against the wall until it sticks. I guess there's the offhand chance that I cannibalized a java developer and by eating their delicious brains magically acquired five to seven years of java experience.

They make companies like AMN, Prolink, and titan look like 5 star business compared to how they are operated and associating with its work personnel. Once I started my assignment it went down hill from there from not having start day set and even getting paid on time. They didn't even have another position available as I completed my assignment nothing in the whole country. I wouldn't recommend them at all or even of their associating companies. The service was horrible and I have worked with way better recruiters and companies as a whole. I was tempted to put a claim against them because I do believe they stole wages from me for holiday pay and failed to produce the actual pay statement because they didn't submit it on time. Coincidence I think not but whatever lawyer says it wasn't enough only a couple hundred so small claims and I don't have the time or energy I'm sure they knew that. This is honestly my first negative review and this company definitely deserves worst. Not the type to take good or clothes from anyone but this company doesn't deserve any grace.
