A Truly Outstanding Recruiter - Rochelle Posser at Visium…read more  Let me start by saying, I've worked with many recruiters over the years, and Rochelle Posser at Visium is hands down the best I've had the pleasure of working with. While I haven't landed the job yet (currently moving into my second interview), I've been so blown away by her encouragement, thoughtful feedback, speed, consistent follow-up, and unmatched follow-through that I felt compelled to write this now.   Rochelle shows up with authenticity, sincerity, and a level of professionalism that is rare. Her energy and support throughout this process have been so genuine that I've honestly felt like taking her out for dinner and a drink just to say thank you! She's truly one of a kind.   If you ever get the opportunity to work with her, consider yourself very lucky. The way she handles candidates and communicates at every step is next-level. Thank you, Rochelle, for being incredible!

I recently had the opportunity to work with Brad Hollingsworth Jr. at Corporate Management Advisors…read moreaka CMA after he reached out to me about a potential position. Brad was a consummate professional but also very personable during the entire process. Having completed placements for the hiring company in the past he was able to provide me with relevant information on the culture of the company and on the leaders, success and on the position itself. I appreciated the fact that he handled our initial and follow up conversation in a nice way, never making me feel like he was trying to "sell me a job so he could earn a commission". Instead he asked questions to determine if I would be a good fit for the company culture in addition to my skill set, experience and in my future career goals. I met with the organization and its leadership team, found everything to be correct that Brad had told me. I absolutely loved the company, the people that I met and what the organization stands for. I was fortunate to have several offers and accepted the President role that Brad initially contacted me about. I am very happy with my decision! I would not hesitate to recommend CMA and Brad Hollingsworth Jr to those looking for a new opportunity!!!
