I explained when I came in that we will soon be getting rid of the car, so if anything is wrong with it, I don't want to spend money we couldn't recoup. I appreciated the honesty and the service. I would recommend East Carolina Auto.

The installation fee was reasonable; therefore, I decided to proceed with the service. Subsequently, Jerry informed me that the bulbs I had were incorrect. I inquired whether he could obtain the correct bulbs for me. He was able to acquire them from NAPA and quoted a price of $159. I approved this expense, as I had already left my vehicle at his shop for half a day. However, upon researching these LED lights online, I discovered they are available for $90. Initially, I believed I had found a trustworthy mechanic to address my automotive needs; however, I will not return to this establishment in the future. https://www.napaonline.com/en/p/LMPH11NVLED2

Robbie was great and helped us get in and running again. Due to the amount of work needed for our vehicle, he helped us prioritize what needed to be done urgently and what could wait a bit. He also provided quotes for future work as well. Communication was great, and we were kept updated on the progress/issues as it happened. The place may not look impressive from the outside, but these guys know their stuff and prioritize cars and people over appearances.
