I once tried to give a courtesy call / "request an appt" for a tire problem. I was told they don't do walk ins??? Now last week (Friday) I schedule an oil change and an alignment for yesterday (Monday). They ended up canceling and rescheduling my appt for Saturday?? My husband is law enforcement and works nights and off duty as often as possible so we intentionally scheduled for Monday. Anyway, he shows up there today (Tuesday) and the front staff lady is being rude because their system showed it was for a tire change?? Then tells him they won't get to the car for a few hours. This poor man is supposed to be sleeping from working and I'm home with children because the looks they give you for staying in their lobby especially with kids!! Why even make appointments? Why tell people you don't allow walk ins?

Needless to say I showed back up talked to a young kid out in the front lobby who said he needed to talk to the managers about it. The managers were in the middle office playing grab ass and messing with a golfing putter or one of the clubs. The kid came back out and told me they said I could print the owners manual off line and pretty much get stuffed on the floor mats. I will never do business with these folks again. Someone who spends $50,000.00 on a car should be taken better care of, better than what these guys have done.

I had a gift certificate for $125.00 to get my car detailed. First it is clean and beautiful…read more BUT...it cost me $134.00 above the gift certificate. $259.00 to detail a Chevrolet Trailblazer, I think NOT. I was called early in the day to say it would be an extra $50.00. I okayed that but when I got there I owed $134.00. To top things off the back was filthy!. The owner actually came out and cleaned the liftgate and back area as best he could at 5:15 after they had closed. The lady told me she had her best 3 guys on it. Well, if they were her best, it goes to show you cannot get good help these days, and again $259.00 for a trailblazer. They said I had lots of hair...I have a shih tzu who sits in the front on the rare occasions he is in the car and he does not shed. Very sad, disappointed! Would NEVER pay that much for this service, especially as I am trading the car in on Friday. I do NOT recommend this company for detailing unless you have $$$$$ to throw away.
