We liked them a lot, but their biggest issues are reliability and communication. I'm never 100% sure they are coming. Jessica is not good about texting back or confirming appointments. This last occasion, and our last straw, was I had booked her a month out for a cleaning before I had family in town. She didn't respond which was normal so I didn't think anything of it. Then, a week out, I texted to confirm again. No response again. Finally, when I reached out again and with less than 2 days notice, she responds and says that she had an emergency and went out of town. I asked if she could do it when she got back and she wasn't able to rearrange her other clients, so she said no. Just left me with no one. Could've cared less. She could've let me know so much sooner! Now, I'm stuck looking for someone else with no time to do so! We are going to clean ourselves and never hire Manex again. They are not reliable or considerate. And today, Jessica lost a good customer. So disappointed.

She showed up when she wanted, with constant excuses (switching days, and even overcharging me, until I asked for a lower fee). This should've been a red flag for me, but it was difficult to find someone and even more difficult, that you cant trust. I trusted Erica and that she was bringing trustworthy people into my home to clean. I work from home, and keep my engagement ring in a jewelry box to avoid damaging it. In September, after 3 weeks of not showing up, Erica came to clean with someone who had never been in my home before, and who Erica barely knew. The next day, my ring (valued at over $30,000, was not in it's box). I did not wear it, there had been no one else in my home and was kept in that box, in a drawer at all times. When confronted, Erica accused me of losing my ring, instead of cooperating with detectives. There is currently an investigation against Erica and Yessenia (the suspect), yet Erica is still bringing this woman into her client's homes (confirmed by the detective on the case). If you are a current client of Erica's, PLEASE CHECK YOUR VALUABLES FOR ANYTHING MISSING. I will likely never see my ring again, but hopefully this helps someone else avoid THESE CRIMINALS.
