I've worked with a lot of different trades for various remodels and I wish we had met Kevin with Grout Doctor sooner. Kevin did our master bathroom shower tile, guest bathroom tile and kitchen tile. From the owner: The Grout Doctor specializes in grout, tile, and stone care. While tile is a non-porous material,…read morethe grout between the tiles absorbs everyday spills and dirt, almost like a sponge. If not cared for, over time your grout will wear away, discolor, or become damaged. The Grout Doctor¬© provides an alternative to replacing existing tile and grout with our restoration services. Our renewal process can restore your tile, stone and grout to its original beauty or we can dramatically change the look entirely. Restoration is less expensive, can often be completed in one day, and we believe it is just good "green" karma. We want you to love your tile and stone areas every day, not just the day they were installed. We clean, seal, repair, re-grout, recolor and re-caulk.

Andrea and Bruce were helpful, professional, thorough, and gave us a very reasonable quote. Though we needed to go in a different direction due to the scope changing(found large scale mold infestation that needed remediation and more gutting out), we definitely were impressed with their quality of work and would have gone with them had that not been the case. Both are really helpful to work with and responsive to any questions. Highly recommend their services!

Andrea was responsive and friendly in all her contact with me. Bruce let me know when he was on his way so I was kept aware. The work was wonderful! They were so kind with a discrepancy I saw in a coupon and while it wasn't a big deal to me they honored it anyway! Wow!!! We are already planning on using them again for a couple more jobs. I would highly highly recommend. One other thing...be careful when reading reviews. There are many different Grout Medic franchises. Some of the reviews are for other franchises. I read one that said they don't do tile repair which isn't true. We had tile repair and cleaning done. Our shower looks phenomenal. Bruce did more than we even expected. So any negative reviews for Bruce and Andrea's franchise would surprise me. They are too good.
