Lucas always shows us the problem and gives us options on repair. He is trustworthy, knowledgeable, fair and reasonably priced. He is our go-to for major repairs. Our most recent project they just finished for us was fixing the soffit, fascia, and drip edge on the front of our home that was rotted. All the work and paint was complete in just one day! There are certain things they do really well and other things they do not do well at all…read more Things they do well: - Floors - flawless - Countertops - beautiful - Moving furniture and putting it back - fast and careful What they don't do well: - Finishing (caulking, sealing, covering nail heads) - a lot of holes in base boards that need caulking, Didn't nail down boards for multiple feet and now there is a gap between the wall and the base board. - The stain on the threshold is fading and has stuff stuck on it. My house is very clean so that's not it. - Backsplash - didn't seal grout, didn't finish edges, didn't use waterproof seal at joint. Grout is cracking. The follow through and neatness of the job was the big upset for me. I waited a month before writing my review and I find something each week that was not finished well on top of the many things I pointed out while they were still on site. Overall the job was okay, for the amount paid, I went with them because of the reviews and the price. You get what you pay for. Note: A lot of the google/ yelp reviews are written by family.
