From start to finish, from the pressure wash stage to the prepping/masking stage to the painting itself to all of the various carpentry jobs our house needed done, Frank and his team completed it in 2.5 days. The pricing is quite fair! And with the big job it was, our family of four was able to live our daily lives without interruption; it was like they weren't here, even though the team was doing a major painting job! Our house is two-story and medium sized; we had more than an average number of issues that needed carpentry expertise to correct before the painting, and they just went around the property banging then out. And, just to be entirely objective, there was one repair that was less than perfect, and my wife wasn't happy with the way a particular strip of wood had a slightly uneven seam that was noticeable. While I probably would have not cared, my wife did, and I live by the "happy wife, happy life" motto, so I mentioned it to Frank and he immediately and without question got the strip replaced and perfected. I say this because it wasn't as much about highlighting an error but rather about highlighting an excellent company with excellent customer service.

Frank and his team were great all the way through the project! All tasks were completed neatly and on time. The team showed up at 8:30 every day and worked hard all day. Frank was on site with his team (and working) almost the whole time. He kept us updated daily with quote revisions based on any changes we made, and he was flexible and patient. We felt the pricing was very reasonable. They even insisted on re-hanging all of our wind chimes, etc., that had to be removed for the painting. We would not hesitate to recommend Kantu Painting.
