They require 25% down payment with remainder to be paid a completion of project. The install began 3 weeks later during the hot and rainy days of this summer. It took 2.5 days to complete 2 separate Palapas ... the main palapa is a 2 pole Palapas and a the other is a BBQ lean to. I love my Palapas!
