After trying for a year to get Ron to do something, we finally got him to look at one leak. He said he'd be back to do water testing, but never came back. We finally got him out to see the new leak. He said he saw where he believes the water is coming in and was going to come back out to seal it up. He has yet to come. He no longer responds to calls, messages, emails or texts. In his last text, he said he was in the process of closing Top to Bottom to focus on contracting and his new career as an adjuster. We have no idea where this leaves us with our roof warranty.
