When you do that, you get the $8 wash for $6. They also have free vacuums! You heard me, free! Definitely, the best value you get, the most for you $, etc. Although you won't get the full interior clean as you would at a competitor, it's a way cheaper than that, and an overall better wash than at one of those cheapo places. They're always friendly here, and they'll come to help you if you can't figure out their new pay machines - which I couldn't since it transferred over with my old rewards card.

First of all, you are supposed to be able to cancel online, when I tried it kept telling me there was no such account. So, I contacted them via email to cancel & 2 days later I received a response from them offering another membership at a lower cost. I explained to them that I was not interested & to please cancel my membership. Again, another response for a different membership, this aggravated me because I know all I wanted to do was CANCEL the membership, if I wanted to lower it, I would have requested that already. Another email sent to them telling them my aggravation to just cancel the membership, which finally the District Manager, Daniel Brown stated in the email, "Though we are sad to see you go, I have canceled your membership. You will receive no further billings." 5 days later I have charged/withdrawn from my bank account the $34.99 membership once again. They do a good job in cleaning your car/truck, but I will never get their membership again & I will tell others not to either because of all the hassle you have to go through just to cancel the membership! **Just so you know, we had to go up to the location with are car, membership numbers & card we used for payment to get our refund. I find it very odd that I am writing a review of a car wash... but something needs to be said of…read morethis! I believe it has changed ownerships a few times, so the last sign I saw may have said "Heights Car Wash", but it could be called "Doofus's Car Wash" and I would still go. The previous owner was borderline creepy, but I'm happy to report the current one is much more respectful. It is conveniently located just off I-75 on 11-mile, so for those in RO this works out swimmingly. For a measly $3 you can get the basic carwash, and the prices are $3, 4 and 5 respectively. $2 extra will get you all 4 wheels sprayed with that stuff that makes them shiny. Armorall? Major bonus points = if you buy any amount of gas, you can get $1 off your wash. So for $2 you can get a carwash, and this isn't your typical drive-thru carwash shenanigans. They start by brushing down your car (by hand) with soap and a big brush, getting it good and soaked. A pre-wash, per say. Then a quick couple seconds through the carwash, followed by a few more seconds of hurricane-like winds to blow off all the water. I was often concerned at the soap bubbles I (thought) to see, but upon inspection, no soap residue. They even - most often than not - have someone at the end to hand towel the excess off. For that, ladies and gentleman, I will gladly throw in a generous tip, and you should too.
