I can't tell you how impressed I am with this guy. He is exact, precise, knows what he is talking about, quick, efficient, and won't waste your time. We put several honey comb, top-down, bottom-up shades in our house and we haven't had a single problem since he put them up 6 months ago. We are now getting a few more shades (a different HD type) and once again Rocky is amazing! I can't tell you how many bad stories i have heard from other friends about needing to have a company they chose (different from Rocky) come back 3 times that put their blinds up to fix installation or sizing problems. This won't happen with Rocky. He does it right the first time. Can't recommend him enough. Tell him Marina sent you :0).

Our beautiful new home in Felida had numerous ceiling to floor windows to capture the great outdoors, but without window coverings we found ourselves desperate for assistance. We met with numerous companies and received some astronomically high quotes and long lead times, and we began to worry that we'd have to spend an entire summer battling rays of sunshine and a total lack of privacy, but then we met Alex and the good folks at Blinds Northwest. Alex provided a range of patterns, colors, and options for our blinds. His prices were very fair, and most importantly, his lead times were very reasonable. We made a downpayment and began counting the days to delivery. To our surprise, they came in sooner than expected, he was out our house just a few days after confirmation of delivery, and he installed over a dozen blinds in some gigantic windows in just a few hours time. We're truly thankful to have found Alex and Blinds Northwest.

We initially wanted Hunter Douglas shutters for the entire house. The super-weird-extreme weather Oregon was experiencing in 2020/2021 respectively (from snow in the winter to the humid heat in summer) that Shutters would most benefit us and our pockets in the long run. I am so happy we ended up working with Amie and Brian after last-minute deciding on shutters while having spent a majority of our research and time on wanting blinds. LOL. I wanted warmer colors in the Master Bath and Bedroom. Unfortunately, our Master Bedroom windows were just too big for the shutters and look we were going for and after some back and forth with Hunter Douglas- Amie helped Ron and me decide on the Silhouette Duolite Shades instead and I couldn't be happier since they have a subtle wow-factor! She and I decided on a creamier looking fabric and room darkening option for the Master Bedroom windows and the "Oooohs and awwwhhhs" I receive when we show this room off are guaranteed every time. I went with the Palm Beach Vinyl Shutter in the Master Bath so as to withstand the humidity while bathing/showering. I love our house so much more now that it feels like "home". It's funny how investing in shutters and shades not only helps with energy savings but gives the home a general classic and clean ambiance. Amie and Brian were professional and personable. I appreciated their honesty and patience especially during Covid regulations and delays. Both Amie and Brian were always quick to respond to any and all questions/concerns/issues we had and were completely transparent and upfront. I know my husband and I would definitely recommend Amie and Brian for all of your Shutters and Shades needs!
