If I were to rate based on price and quality of product I would give 4/5 stars. But I am only giving 2 stars due to the experience with the service provided by Danielle. We had to deal with a month delay in getting one blind installed from our first order. Then our second order for a panel track had to go through just as long of a delay. On top of that, we get a call from Danielle more than month after the panel track is installed to charge us for the rest of the order (only 60% is charged when ordered, the rest is charged after install). I mean a month? Who waits that long to get money for their business?? I feel that we were treated rudely at times and not in a professional manner. If I were to order window treatments for my home again, I would not choose Gotcha Covered.

We didn't want to do everything at one time and this was fine with her. We had her do lovely drapes on a huge window and also large shades in two other rooms. We went back and forth several times. She was fine with that. No pressure at all. They arrived and the install went very well. Jerry who measured and did the install of our ceiling track and then drapes, (and shades) was super accommodating and a perfectionist. He was patient and showed us how to use the motorized feature and also put an extra bracket for the ceiling track. Heidi followed up very step of the way. We live in McMinnville but she had no issues driving out to us. She does not oversell and gives you the pros and cons of everything.
