The card on file for my business stopped processing, which I was completely unaware of. I continued paying for my home service and would have immediately updated the card and paid the balance had I known. Instead, three $55 services accumulated and my account was sent to collections. What is especially frustrating is that my voicemail greeting provides my email address. One simple email could have resolved the entire situation. Management has since acknowledged that their communication efforts could have been stronger. I will gladly pay what I owe--this was never about avoiding a bill. As a local business owner myself, I simply would not handle a loyal customer this way. Unfortunately, after 10+ years, I've canceled my services and will take my business elsewhere. My business relocated next door over a year ago and the address remained exactly the same, so the relocation has nothing to do with this issue. If repeated attempts were made to contact me, I don't understand how that information was missed.
