6/5 stars if I could. Albert's Pro Auto Spa definitely did not disappoint! He promised from the get go that he would leave my fiancés car as close to new as possible and he kept his word. It was very important to me that the job was done meticulously since it was a gift for my fiancés birthday and Albert exceeded my expectations. This car has gone on long road trips to Arizona and back, hikes with our golden retriever and taken the beating of daily LA commutes with spilled coffee. After researching other companies and comparing them to Alberts as well as reading several other reviews I was confident that Albert would provide a fair quote for the service he was providing as well as high quality services. I asked Chat GPT to compare Albert's company to others on yelp and Pro Auto Shop came out on top for overall value, interior sanitization and exterior coating and detailing. I decided to go with the complete package that included interior and exterior detailing and my fiancé was more than happy with the results, so much so that now she doesn't even want to drive the car! Best $250 we spent and I had to leave a tip with the service Albert and his crew provided. Both Albert and his crew were also very friendly, professional and considerate of the space they were in. I mainly appreciated how respectful and responsive Albert was when requesting his services, I knew from the get go after talking to him on the phone on the first time that our Toyota was in good hands. I like how fast I was responded back/given the details etc. I told them what I needed/my concerns, they came and did exactly that and exceeded my expectations. Would recommend them 100%! The guys are great to work with, and did a pretty good job overall. They did a pretty good job in the interior too. However, there were some minor details that bugged me after thoroughly looking it over. By the time I did a thorough inspection, I was already long gone. As you can see from the photos, there were areas where the dirt wasn't taken care of and that bothered me since it was a DETAIL. Hopefully it shows from the photos. Other than that, they did a pretty good job otherwise. Value wise, I think it was fair. I would recommend them if your looking to support a local small business. read more

This review is long overdue, but it's worth saying. I had my car cleaned with albert and his team back in January and they did a great job. It was fast too. I just had a little problem with my passenger seat, I guess because I didn't put it in the sun, it didn't dry well. Also my car seat color is really light and it makes every little dirt visible.
