Adrian came out, ran a thorough water test with me watching from inside, and found two active leak points that nobody else had identified. He sealed both on the spot, at a very reasonable price. He came back later to replace tiles that had cracked during other work on the roof. He found a fifth cracked tile I hadn't noticed, replaced it too, confirmed the underlayment underneath was in good shape, and again charged fairly. What stood out most was his honesty. When part of the repair turned out to be stucco work rather than roofing, he told me straight that it wasn't his trade instead of taking the job and doing it badly. He gave me a referral instead. That's rare. If you need someone who will actually find the problem and tell you the truth about it, call Capitol Roofing

They did additional patching and water proofing we will test to see if this fixes it. I am very appreciative. Capitol Roofing came highly recommended by my realtor. They came to do the roof inspection when we were purchasing a new home, and they found numerous issues with the shingle roof, roof deck, gutter, etc. They were all fixed by Capitol Roofing within a few short weeks of request and signing repair request. They delivered as promised, as well as a few other things my insurance inspector requested. I cannot be more happy with their work. Most homeowners under-appreciate how critical the roof's function is, it literally is a shield that protects all of your belongings from getting wet and grow mold. There is one closet that is damp and growing mold, this should have fixed the root cause!

From start to finish, Mario, the owner, Carlos, our project lead, and the entire crew were professional, organized, communicative, and a pleasure to work with. Communication was extremely important to us. We received photo updates nearly every day, so we always knew exactly how the project was progressing. Whenever there were decisions that came down to personal preference, such as the height of a shower head, the angle and layout of the tile, the length of the shower doors, and other details, the team made sure to ask us. They clearly explained the pros and cons of the different options and gave us the information we needed to make a decision without ever making the process feel overwhelming. Just as important was being able to trust SRT's expertise and project organization. We had a lot going on with work during the renovation, so we needed a team that we could rely on without feeling like we had to frequently check on the project or be on site. Mario, Carlos, and the entire team made the process incredibly stress free. We were easily able to trust them to get everything done properly, on schedule, and to a very high standard of quality. We never felt like we needed to come to the house to check on the work. We only came when the team specifically needed us there or when we were simply excited to see the progress! The project stayed on track throughout the entire renovation, and they actually finished almost a week ahead of the projected completion date. The house was also kept neat and tidy at the end of each workday, which we really appreciated. Their attention to detail was also exceptional, especially with the tile work throughout the kitchen and bathrooms. The precision and craftsmanship makes it clear that the team takes a lot of pride in delivering high quality work. Overall, working with SRT was a collaborative, efficient, high quality, and genuinely stress free experience. We couldn't be happier with the finished result and will absolutely be working with SRT again when we're ready to renovate our backyard. We highly recommend Mario, Carlos, and the entire SRT team!
