Lifters failed at 13 months 4500 miles to the point the truck had to be towed back to their shop. The truck arrived back to their shop first week November after a bunch of failed back and forth, with their excuse being they can't control parts quality because they order everything from orielys and amazon. Their original deal was I would only pay $2600 labor cost for them to fix the truck again, but I rejected that after the 3 months of no communication, and after they refused to tell me what parts they would be putting into the truck to prevent the same poor quality parts being put back into the motor but this time with a 6 month 6k mile warranty. They have decided they don't care and told me to go elsewhere. oh! Almost forgot they charged me up to 3x the price of the parts they listed on their original invoice for the first repair.

However this recent job was bigger than what I had the time or tools for and I couldn't be happier with the service I received here. I brought in my Silverado to have the hydraulic lifters deleted due to a failed lifter. I had suspicions of other issues but were assured by other mechanics that they didn't exist. I only spoke Leon personally who has impeccable customer service and knowledge. He was able to give me the best price around and clearly had the knowledge necessary for the job. It took a little longer to get the vehicle into a bay than expected and while most shops wouldn't bother Leon called and maintained communication throughout the entire job which is such a small thing that goes such a long way. The delay was perfectly understandable, I know personally no job ever goes as smooth as you expect. After the initial tear down Leon reached out again to let me know that my suspicions were correct and a few other things needed to be replaced or at the very least were worth doing while it was tore down and about at that time anyway. Leon was able to get me a fair price on parts and replace everything I was looking at getting done anyway. Leon was even honest enough to talk me out of a more expensive replacement other shops had told me was necessary and provide me the education why it wouldn't be worth it. Trucks been running great for about a month now. Absolutely no complaints. Can't thank these guys enough for all the work and actually being good to the customer. I recommend these guys to everybody I know now.

Like took off all 4 wheels and everything. They gave me an extensive list of stuff that was wrong. Ok, whatever. But when they were fooling with the wheels and brakes, they totally let a bunch of air into my brake lines. It was like major spongy brake pedal after that and they were fine before. Almost hit somebody on my way home. I called and asked them what the heck and they were like, of course, oh no, we don't know nothin' bout that. So I can't bleed the brake lines myself and had to get a mobile mechanic to come bleed them which costs more than the freaking oil change which was also pretty expensive, $120.00.

After about an hour, I was called and told that nothing was wrong with my A/C at all, but that my brakes and rotors supposedly needed $1,700 worth of work. I figured everything was fine with the A/C since they said it checked out, so I left. I didn't even make it a mile down the road before the exact same A/C clutch issue happened again. I pulled over, checked it myself, and saw the same symptoms I came in for. I turned around and brought the truck back, only to be told, "Oops, we didn't check that part -- we only checked if the A/C turned on." I had explicitly stated the issue was the clutch not disengaging, meaning the clutch plate was staying engaged even with the A/C off. If the diagnostic process was thorough, this would have been caught immediately. The disappointing part is that the focus seemed to be more on selling a brake job than actually diagnosing what I came in for. No clear diagnostic process, no communication, and no accountability. The one positive was that I eventually spoke directly with the mechanic, who was helpful -- but that only happened because I approached him myself, not because management facilitated it. Overall, poor service and lack of proper diagnosis. I would not recommend this shop based on my experience. Paid $159 to have my truck run for a hour.

To clarify a few things: First, regarding the bumper damage, I actually contacted AAA well before your response was posted and apologized for initially assuming the damage happened at your shop. I've attached proof of that conversation to show that I took responsibility for the misunderstanding -- something your response could stand to learn from. I asked AAA for the before photos of my truck because the after photos -- the ones taken at your shop -- did not match what I saw in person. Even the AAA agent reviewing the photos agreed the damage was not clearly visible in the second image.
