I got the call and headed to the shop. 45 minutes later I was headed home, with the tires installed, paid for, and everything taken care of. I always get the road hazard coverage and they never question anything. Three times in the past, I have had a damaged tire covered under the road hazard and they have fixed it once and replaced it twice, no questions asked and for no charge.
