I don't typically leave negative reviews, but I felt this experience was worth sharing…read more I purchased the basic wash and vacuum package, and everything seemed fine until I got home and noticed several scratches on my vehicle that were not there beforehand. They aren't severe, and I believe they'll likely buff out, but they were definitely left by the wash and weren't something that could simply be wiped away with a microfiber cloth. I returned to let the staff know, not expecting anything unreasonable, but hoping they would at least acknowledge the issue and look into whether the equipment might need maintenance. Unfortunately, the response was dismissive, and no solution or concern was offered. I have grace for businesses and understand that employees may not always know how to handle situations like this. However, if you operate a car wash, it's your responsibility to maintain equipment that comes into contact with customers' vehicles. Even scratches that can be buffed out shouldn't happen during a routine wash, and the lack of concern was the most disappointing part of the experience :(

The staff is nice and their customer service was pretty good. But if you going to make a $20k plus purchase that is the most important part. I ended up purchasing a car and financing through CarMax. I wouldn't recommend it since their rates can be beat if you have good credit like me. My test drive went fine. But the paperwork on their end had mistakes. They send me home with the wrong contract and FedEx'd me the right one. I still can't access my paperwork, but it doesn't matter since everything is set to auto pay. The car itself made it just over the 30-day return window before the battery died when I was out one day. The USBs in the front don't work. It's a known issue with this year on my vehicle but I don't think they'd fix that. It's hard to actually reach anyone here as their number goes to the national hotline. Now my cruise control and electronics is acting up. This place may not sell lemons but it surely does the least amount of repair and upkeep on a car before selling to you. I should have just bought new at the dealership for the peace of mind. I won't be back and I highly suggest you shop elsewhere.
