You expect excellent service from Mercedes-Benz, and that's exactly what I received when I went to Mercedes-Benz of Mount Pleasant. Exceptional customer service, knowledge, courtesy loaner, and of course an expensive bill at the end. But if you own a Mercedes-Benz, you know what I'm talking about. Highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Mount Pleasant. These guys are very customer oriented and extremely friendly and a clean shop. Thank you Mercedes-Benz of Mount Pleasant for giving me a great experience, I'm sure I'll see you soon for another oil change. And of course with all Mercedes dealerships anytime you have any kind of service done on your Benz they will wash your car. Although I did leave almost immediately after receiving my loaner, I did check out the customer waiting area, and as always Mercedes-Benz is top notch in that area as well. Free coffee latte's water soda, etc. This is a great Mercedes dealership, I highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Mount Pleasant!!

LADIES be sure not to work with jay ross at baker Mercedes mounth pleasant to purchased from him a…read morebrand new car because my care was total loss I paid for BRAND NEW CAR he sold me brand new damaged car I made a big mistake a new car from him I payed 30,000 dollars cash down payment when the car came it had lots of damages plus cosmetic issues tooI had to drive it out of the lot after showing it to him the manager and the garage manager I was driving a rental car jay had called the enter price to come and take the car I didn't have any other transportation! don't think you can count on the management to make it right they take your money and you are on your own I had emailed them with no respond I worked with AJ Gifford the general manager i ask him to give me my money back to go get a car from other place or get me a new car with no damages he is the worst instead of make it right he is unfair he wanted me to trade a 6 mounth old new car and loose 20,000 dollars and the car only bad 2,000 miles on it they sold me damaged brand new car because I didn't trade it in and loose 20,000 dollars in 6 mounth it's insane so he got upset he ordered the garage not to do any work on the car and not to take any of my calls and he told me to go take it to Myrtle beach it's 2/12 hours away from where I live Charleston SC and told me he is not going to honor the warranty work on my car they sold me a brand new damaged car it have lots of problems and I'm a single women and here I Am I only needed to replace my total loss car it has been hell for 8 mounth so far! ladies be smarter then I I trusted them because this's not only a new car I had purchased i have never ever ever this had happing to me like this Before. LADIES GOOD LUCK!
