    Came here for our scheduled routine maintenance. Very clean, was greeted immediately, and they had a shuttle service which was nice. We got to squeeze in a work out at a nearby gym in the meantime. They communicated well and was done in a timely manner.

    As a buyer from out of state (1700 miles away) I must say there were a lot of hoops to jump through but Jesus was able to help me so much when it came to finding my perfect car and make the whole process extremely smooth. I cannot say enough wonderful things about how Jesus was helpful and the perfect salesman for the job. Pros: 1. All issues were resolved in a timely manner 2. Communication was excellent between the salesman (Jesus) and I so there were no surprises 3. Very friendly staff. Was asked multiple times if I was being helped or not and didn't feel ignored in the slightest 4. Very nice new remodel of the dealership 5. Jesus, the parts employee the day I was there, and the Tech that worked on my car all helped to resolve a key fob issue as well as a dead car battery immediately without charge 6. Jesus picked me and my partner and our friends up from the airport super early in the morning 7. The car made it all the way home (1980 total miles) without a single issue 8. Full tank of gas Cons: 1. There were a few mistakes on the paperwork from the finance office and documents had to be redrafted a couple times but they were able to correct them just in time. 2. I was a bit disappointed with how lazy the detail was on the car. I found multiple sticky spills on various plastics of the interior of the car that only needed a simple wipe down and the wash left water marks by the time I got to the car as well as finding the old owner's finance papers in the glove box. I even found a bunch of big Cheetos crumbs from the last owner inside the center console. 3. One of my key fobs was missing the auxiliary key inside

    Well, it is a rare time in days like this when you can actually walk into a dealership for the first time and be treated with mutual respect and have your concerns listened to and understood. Chuck and Dan were an absolute blast, we came in late last night to look at getting a slightly larger vehicle for my wife, and everyone here gave us 5 star service and were amazing with our 7 year old who was with us. Now, let me say, I am no stranger to the automotive world, and have been in this industry 20 years now. My first car was a Mazda Mx-6, then a 2003 Mazdaspeed protege, then a 2004 mazda6. We have always wanted to come back to Mazda but the Mazda locations in Colorado were not the best to work with. What a difference here! We cannot thank you all enough for your help, and the way you took care of us, we did have our financing already which they completely understood and this was by far the smoothest transaction and interaction we have had with a dealer in a VERRRRRYYY long time. I would encourage anyone looking to purchase a new Mazda to come and experience Stokes Mazda and their professional and courteous team.

    Our new CX-90

    Another satisfying purchase from Stokes Mazda. This is the 4 Mazda that we have bought from Stokes Mazda over the past few decades. 2 Miata's, a "3" and now the CX-90. Our sales man, Adrian Wilson was very helpful and knowledgeable. I recommend him as your potential sales associate when you visit this dealership. Not one time did we fill pressured into making any kind of quick decision during our visit. We looked at and test drove a few different cars. We left the dealership but returned later the same day and purchased the CX-90. We were treated with respect by the entire team at Stokes Mazda. We highly recommend Mazda as a car worth investigation. This brand of automobile is top rated for quality and in the top 10 for reliability.

    The service department deserves 6 stars for the excellent service they provide, this was the definition of above and beyond. Tim was exceptional and he worked through my tire issue saving me $150 just because he looked at a past repair and was able to utilize a warranty. Tim is knowledge about what he does and in today's world that's very hard to find. He provided updates and kept me in the loop. Knit did the check out process and he was so pleasant and polite. Even the receptionist who took my appointment was so sweet even when I had to reschedule last minute she was still so understanding with zero attitude. Keep up the excellent work. If only all my service encounters were this amazing.

    I brought in my car yesterday for a regular checkup (by appointment) and arrived a couple minutes early. I was let in a couple minutes early and they took my car immediately. I had requested a loaner vehicle, and they had one ready, but the traffic on Ashley Phosphate was not conducive to driving, and with my service taking an hour or less, I chose to wait it out in the comfortable leather chairs. The TV was on, showing the local news, but it kept turning off every few minutes. I think a salesperson was bored in an office nearby, and had access to a remote and was messing with me. Sales floor humor. My cars service was done in less than an hour as promised and I was on my way.

    Took my Mazda CX5 to the dealership because I was informed at another tire center that I needed a new tire ($175) because of a screw but they didn't carry the tire I needed. Stokes had my tire in stock. Needless to say the tire wasn't severely damaged enough to need replacing and thanks to the honest nice guys in the service department my visit was $0.00!!

The experience was painless and they were not pushy at all. They took the time to find what I needed and when I needed it. The finance office was a breeze. They explained all of my options but didn't push me either way, just informed and moved on. Dee was my salesman and Joe was my finance guy. 5 out of 5 all day.

Instead, I…read moreexperienced repeated low oil warnings, excessive oil consumption, engine smoke, ESC/stalling concerns, steering assist/manual steering override warnings, and eventually a complete engine replacement. One of the most frustrating parts of this experience was the poorly documented onset of the oil consumption issue early on. Concerns regarding low oil and abnormal consumption were not properly documented initially, which ultimately resulted in numerous repeat trips back to the dealership. There were also instances where the oil level was reportedly stated to be full, only for warning messages and low oil conditions to continue shortly afterward. Despite a complete engine replacement, the issues continued. A faulty fuel line/fuel hose concern was later identified after the engine replacement, raising additional safety concerns and leaving me questioning why related components were not properly addressed during such a major repair. My vehicle spent more than 50 documented days out of service with multiple loaner vehicles provided throughout the repair process. One of the most alarming moments involved fuel-related concerns combined with ongoing warning messages that genuinely left me fearful for my safety while operating the vehicle. I documented repair attempts, dealership visits, communications, videos, photos, and escalation efforts through GM Customer Assistance, BBB AUTO LINE, and additional consumer channels. Despite the extensive repair history and supporting documentation, a buyback resolution was ultimately not approved through the BBB process due to a mileage eligibility issue, not because the defects did not exist. This experience has been financially, emotionally, and mentally exhausting. Based on my experience, I would not encourage anyone to purchase a Chevrolet vehicle. My advice to consumers: document everything from day one, including repair orders, mileage, warning messages, videos, emails, and loaner agreements.
