Still having Issues with Yelp but i should not forget the truth, honesty, when i say something i need to do and spread the good word about Ms. Hailey Forry Ms. Ashley Great Ashley and Mr. Mark Mr. Rick because of Ms. Hailey Forry who helped me in every way in the process - otherwise i have to keep fighting with GEICO and Enterprise Rent-A-Car (5757 Rivers Ave, North Charleston, SC) -fortunately Ms. Hailey saved and Mr. Ian Kozak i called GM to inform they do not have a survey including the person i talked was very helpful that was third person in GM in Arltington i think her name was Sarah General Motors in Artlington, Texas Thanks & Best Regards, Sridhar Rangaswamy ("Sri")

The truck was being serviced for a recall, the roof rail airbags. Received the truck back filthy and full of grease handprints. There were grease stains on both front visors, the center console, center instrument panel, roof mounted console, the steering wheel, and all the pillars. To go along with all the grease stains on pretty much everything on in the interior, they also didn't install the headliner or any of the weather stripping as well as the roof mounted console. The headliner in front of the driver and the passenger was large enough to put your entire hand between the liner and the roof of the truck. The weather stripping was literally falling down when you opened the doors to the truck. The center console was falling down from the roof and the button that operates the sunroof was broken and falling down (was hanging literally by the wires). ALL of this was done from the service department because I turned it in due to a Factory Recall. I will NEVER use this dealership for ANYTHING and will gladly drive to Monks Corner or Charleston for everything. The Service Manager, Jaime, didn't care nor resolved any of these issues. The General Manager Mark Milroth provided nothing but broken promises of "making it right", which still has not happened. The Customer Satisfaction Manager Richard Bell was also no better. Mr. Bell's contact was given to me by the Chevy's Corporate Office and Richard Bell promised to resolve the issues in a timely manner. Months went by with no updates unless I called which took a minimum of four times a day to get ahold of anyone. I have reported them to the BBB so that hopefully they don't do this again to another service member or anyone else.

I like their service dept, their pricing is reasonable rates for a dealership. The sales dept team is friendly and work with you to find your car to fit what you want. Great variety in styles and colors

I can sum up my experience with Mr. Eller in two words, "consummate professional!" Mr. Eller has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Right from our first meeting, when I initially gave him the specifications for my Corvette, he made my wife and I feel like a part of the Crews Chevrolet Family. He was extremely knowledgeable about the car and took the time to answer all of our questions and concerns. Throughout the process, not only was available by both phone and email, he also quickly returned my calls and/or replied to my email queries. I was very excited to get this car, so I felt like I bothered him a lot, but if I did, he never let me know it through word or deed. I want to be clear that I really did not have to bother him as much as I did as he kept me informed every step of the way. He always gave me up to date information that was anywhere from one to three days ahead of the emails from GM. I could go on, but I will share the two items of information most people looking for a new Corvette really want to know as they read reviews: "How long did it take and how much did you pay?" Mr. Eller told me that it would take four to six months to get the car (if memory serves he had six or seven people in the queue ahead of me) when I placed my order on April 21, 2023. I took delivery of my 2023 C8 Corvette Stingray HTC in Red Mist Metallic Tint-coat on August 5, 2023, making the total elapsed time from initial deposit and order to delivery approximately 3.5 months. As many of you reading this review know, the market for new Corvettes is outrageous. Well, at Crews Chevrolet they are not "price gouging!" I was sold sold my Corvette at MSRP as promised by my "Friends in the car business!" You want a Corvette fast and at MSRP...Find new roads at Crews Chevrolet! Stop dreaming and start driving!

Do not let Steve Peterson at Crews Chevrolet be your service advisor .Either June 18th or 19th i booked an apponintment with Crews Chevy's service department through their website . I booked it for an oil change , a check engine light and an intermittent air conditioning issue. I received a text message comfirming my appointment with Ansley for 7:30 on the 22nd. I arrive at 7:15 on the 22nd and was met by Steve Peterson , while he looked through the system he told me i didnt have an appointment , i showed him my text from Crews with Ansleys name on itand he could not have been less intereseted it. He continued to write it up, i thought for Ansley. As a former service writer myseslf , sometimes if another service writer was busy we would write the customer up for that other service writer for the customers convienience , not Steve he kept it for himself. We called that stealing an appointmet , when i was a service writer. Again i told him i was bringing it in for an oil change, check engine light and intermitteent ac. I i had not heard from him,( I would not hear back from him unitl the 26th ) so i called up there i was told i owed $2400, I asked about my warranty and they said that they didnt have any information on the warranty. At this point i emailed the GM Mark Milroth and Service manager Jamie Antly. Let them know i had been a service writer and i had never seen a service writer go two days without a statues update or trying to sell something , I told them what my issues were again a check engine light , oil change , and intermitent air conditioning problem. They both got back to me very fast and Jamie got back saying the issue was covered by my warrently .I go up there that day at 2:30 to get something out of my vehicle and am told that they havent started on my vehicle and the tech who was working on it was already gone for the weeked. I finally here back from Steve at 3:45 on Tuesday the 16th, he tells me i can pick up the vehicle before 6 and if i cant do it before 6 i cant pick it up unitl Thursday . I pay the $300 for my extended warranty and $75 for the oil change I pick up the car and drive off the lot and within 10 minutes the ac is out again. I email jamie again and let him know it had same intermitent issue as before , he asks when i can bring it in. I told him Tueday July the 5th i take it back in, similar situation Steve doesnt contact me until Thursday this time . I go to pick it up and he tells me i owe $300 for fixing the ac. I told him i shouldnt have to pay for it becasue it should have been fixed the first time when you told me it was fixed , he tried to tell me i didnt tell him it was intermitent that i said it didnt blow cold. I NEVER once said it didnt blow cold . He said yes you did and point to text HE wrote, i said i cant control what you type. The initial appointment that he took from Ansley (who was way more helpful than Steve was)and the email to the GM and service manager all mention intermitent , the only place that mentions not blowing cold is what he wrote . He charged me $300 to fix his mistake. I paid to get my car back and went imediately to the gm , he escorted me to someone in the service department who tried to cover for Steves mistake . They kept referencing the blowing cold and interemitent being two different problems , i continued to tell them i never said it wasnt blowing cold, they finally offered me half my money back , which means i still paid 1 and a half times for the same job. Steve truley tried to convince me that i didnt know the real reason i brought the car in, he tried to convince me what he typed was the correct reason like i wouldnt know why i brought it in. In short because Steve failed to lead his team correctly i got screwed out of his money . Attached is the repair order Steve wrote and the email i wrote to the GM and Service manager which clearly shows i brought it in fort he intermittent ac issue , no where do i mention it not being cold enough. I cant overstate that you shouldnt let him and his team work on your vehicle . I have since had to take my car in for repair again , an unrelated issue, i took it to Starling Chevy who found an oil leak that the crews team never found or at least never made me aware of , which could have cost me another $300 that could have been fixed if they were really following their "world class multi point inspection . Steve Peterson could learn a lot from Dominick Cobbs at Starling who kept me updated daily on the status of my vehicle while he has been working on it

Once we decided and came inside to begin the purchase process, we found that to be incredibly easy. We kindly explained to Hakeem up front that we would not be opting in for any additional services from what is already included with purchasing there and he gave us no pressure. No one buying a car needs pressure. The following day I did bring our key fob back in, as I noticed one side of the slim metal frame was coming off. That part is being replaced at no charge. We give FIVE stars mostly because of Hakeem, for his great customer service and demeanor in getting the purchase complete. Carlos is great, too. Two other gentlemen I interacted with the following day were also very gracious and helpful. The only minor con is they sell cars without the car mats. We personally feel they should keep or replace them. We were told that cleaning them up is more trouble than they are worth. Obviously, this was not a deal breaker for us. This review is for the Service Department of this dealership…read more If zero stars were an option, it would be selected. The appointment scheduling for this service department is completely useless. The scheduling manager seems to think that it is necessary to have you bring your car in so that it can sit on their lot for 3-4 days before their technician can get to it. Which is clearly just lazy management. The system for establishing appointment times should be weighed against current back logs of vehicles needing to be looked at, not the number of cars sitting on the lot waiting to be looked at. This might not be an issue if they had a loaner program they could offer while your car sits untouched and not attended to for days on end. incompetent/lazy management or scheduling is to blame here. Be very careful when you leave this location after an oil change, as my experience nearly ended in catastrophe for my girlfriend's vehicle. She drives a brand-new 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee and brought it in for an abnormal rattling sound in the upper middle dash. Despite telling the department what the issue was in accurate detail, they decided to change out or adjust the steering column, which absolutely did not help. This incorrect, corrective measure required us to bring the vehicle in 3 separate times making her car unavailable for a total of 10 days. During our first visit they kindly changed the oil, which I don't believe actually happened, because the oil looked nearly black when most of it leaked out all over my driveway the next day due to the oil drain plug being left almost completely unsecured from the oil pan. Careless technicians and absent Quality control personnel is clearly to blame here. Cooper, the manager of service is absolutely responsible for Quality control of vehicles leaving his department and assured me that "the technicians always look over eachother's work" NOT THE CASE and wrong answer. It is the responsibility of the service manager or a specific Quality control person to ensure proper application of repairs to a $65,000 brand new vehicle. Completely unacceptable and would definitely steer clear of this dealership. Pics attached for your viewing pleasure. Also, cooper the "manager" assured me my driveway would be pressure washed due to his incompetence. He's avoiding my calls and won't respond to my voicemails.

I really enjoyed driving it, so that's what led me to Stokes Mazda. They had a brand new beautiful red CX-5. They also had a no interest deal that I couldn't pass up! I did get an extended warranty and the oil change package. After driving it a while I did realize I was missing defrost capable side mirrors. And to use GPS you have to connect your phone and use your data. Besides that, I love my new car. The team at the dealership is always super helpful and polite.

We took the car for the test drive and loved the vehicle. While we didn't actually purchase a vehicle from them, we did love their dealership, the friendliness of all staff, the cleanliness of the dealership and their overall professionalism. I would have definitely have purchased from them it they weren't almost 2 hours from my house. Unfortunately there are no local Mazda dealers in the Hilton Head area. If you live in the greater Charleston area, I highly recommend Matt and the team at Stokes. They will do what it takes to get you into a great car.
