I normally don't do reviews on service or products but I have to do one here. Why? Because, the experience and service I had was truly first class. I was in the process of purchasing my first home in October of 2016. I almost lost the contract and my initial deposit had it not been for PRMG or more specifically Michael Mali. I was two weeks away from closing and the previous lender I had didn't even have the underwriting done. (why?) because his guy was in UTAH... If I'm in Florida why do I have to go to UTAH for underwriting. I know it makes no sense. Enter Michael Mali.... he was truly the light at the end of the tunnel. He explained the process both verbally and in writing and I was able to close on the same date listed on my buyers contract (10/31/2016) without having to write up an addendum asking the seller for more time. All of this was made possible because PRMG has local underwriting here in South Florida; which I would rather have then having to wait on some one from UTAH for approval. Bottom line is if you need to close on a sale and your current lender is playing games give Michael Mali a call because he is definitely a closer.
