Extremely friendly, knew what he was doing and took the time to explain things where it made sense. I was actually going to go with another company for my next years annual contract but after meeting Nick and watching him go about his job, I'm staying with White Glove. You might find a few companies cheaper than White Glove but by sticking with them, I know I'm getting my monies worth. Thanks Nick for your professionalism and your work ethic. As for the job itself (garbage disposal replacement) the service tech tried to unjam the old one first (which would have saved me money) but came to the conclusion the old one was toast. Installed a new one quickly and cleanly. Price was exactly as quoted. As he was boxing his tools I asked if White Glove did any water quality testing and explained a problem I suspect I have on my supply line. He offered to take a sample on the spot that would be sent off to a lab. He quoted me a price and said I could pay in a week when the sample came back. How much more could I ask for? Great first experience with White Glove. They are at the top of my list for future needs.

I am finally so glad for the great service of Andrew from Fusion. I found him to be very talented, honest, reliable, hardworking, committed. Probably attitude is not the best, little short-tempered, but that is acceptable while I get such a reliable service for complicated problems like HVAC. I would go with a less nice but reliable and honest HVAC guy to resolve my HVAC problems rather than super nice but unreliable tech. They had one on the truck and replaced it for 1/3 the cost of the other estimate we got. There were very professional and checked our heat pump in the garage and determined that an object on top of the intake was causing it to malfunction. When we noticed our HVAC Air Handler raining water from it we were naturally concerned. Bradley Mechanical was able to fit us in despite being in the busy season for HVAC. The technician was courteous & knowledgeable. He did a thorough inspection and cleaning and provided us with some recommendations to reduce the humidity in our crawl space. At the close of the appointment he recommended their Maintenance Program & explained the benefits. It was a no-brainier for us, especially not knowing the house or the systems. Moving into the cooler weather we wanted to use the propane fireplace in the living room which appeared to have never been used. We bought our propane tank but had no idea where to start, so we called Bradley. They were able to connect the tank, inspect the gas logs, get it up & running and educate us on operation. Nice to have that functional to take the chill off. Most recently we were contacted for our regular seasonal cleaning/inspection. Bradley Mechanical is easy to book with and were able work around our schedule. The tech was prompt (a little early actually), friendly & got right to work. I like that they respect the property & don booties when entering the house. The report they offer at the end summarizes work performed and leaves nothing in question. It took months of hounding to get everything sorted, and then when trying to schedule the complimentary maintenance included in the contract I'm told they have no service agreement on file and either need to provide documentation myself or pay for the service.
