He was prompt and spent hours on an incredibly thorough inspection. We really appreciated Mike's attention to detail and how hardworking he was. He prepared a detailed report for us not long after the inspection was complete. My father-in law commented on how some inspectors will bring a drone to hover over the roof instead of climbing up. Mike was actually up on the roof himself and really checked out every nook and cranny of the house. They did a very nice job of walking me through the inspection and explaining what they found. They were easy to communicate with and provided really good information. At the end of the inspection I was let down though because I discovered a few things their website and package descriptions listed as included in the premium package was not going to be done. I paid more hoping to get these things and am very upset to find out after paying that I would not be getting them. When I contacted the business owner, he apologized but provided no compensation or care for the misleading information. Such a shame.
