Have been to 6 previous Psychiatrists & Sleep Drs for Sleep Studies and prescriptions based on the results. None of the previous Dr's were able to help me in the least. Dr. Connelly listens intently to your symptoms & concerns, and researches for the best option to address your problem. Since 2019, I normally have only slept for 2 hours each night, then the rest of the day have had zero energy making me feel horrible both physically and mentally. He prescribed me meds and last night I slept 9 hours uninterrupted and feel like a new man!!! His Assistant, Joelle sees you in the exam room before the Dr, taking information from you and relays it to him in a manner which gives him more time to do research in order to help you quickly. The Dr's Wife Jessica is the Receptionist and along with the Dr. & Joelle, all are sincerely friendly, empathetic and extremely helpful. I could not be any more grateful for the help I've received and the way I was treated. I have been seeing her for almost two years - but not like every week. At your session she gives you a personalized meditation specific to your issues. And then you listen to them. Jennifer has helped me through two major life transitions: most recently the death of my father. I like that I get the personalized downloads and I can use them for awhile and I only go back for new issues. Just at note: When I first looked at yelp - I noticed with all of the 5 star reviews - there is also three at the bottom - this is a flaw in yelps software because it does not allow new Yelpers to give a stared review and it lists them under "Reviews that are Not Recommended" but they are also glowing reviews... And I am so glad to have found Jennifer.

Karma Doctors and Associates, and my provider, Dr. Keerthy Sunder, MD, deserve a standing ovation…read more From the moment I walk in, I'm met with an atmosphere of genuine care and professionalism. The staff is excellent--friendly, attentive, and incredibly patient-centered. They listen, validate, and make you feel seen as a person, not just a patient, which makes all the difference on the healing journey. Dr. Keerthy Sunder embodies compassionate, patient-focused care at every turn. He takes the time to understand my history, explains treatment options clearly, and partners with me in every decision about my health. His approach is thoughtful, thorough, and anchored in real empathy. I leave each appointment feeling respected, hopeful, and confident in the plan we've laid out together. Outstanding communication is a hallmark of the practice. The team is consistently responsive and proactive, ensuring I'm never in the dark about my care. They're always available to talk, answer questions, and provide guidance between visits. This level of accessibility has been a game-changer, helping me stay engaged with my treatment and feel secure throughout the process. My current treatment includes Transcranial Mental Stimulation (TMS). For those unfamiliar, TMS is a non-invasive procedure that uses magnetic pulses to stimulate specific areas of the brain involved in mood regulation. It's performed on an outpatient basis and requires no anesthesia. The benefits can include improved mood, increased energy, better sleep, and a reduction in depressive symptoms--often for individuals who have not fully responded to traditional medications. The procedure is relatively comfortable, with minimal side effects, and is complemented by a supportive medical team guiding you every step of the way. I've found TMS to be a hopeful and effective option, and I appreciate that my care team explains the process, monitors progress, and adjusts the plan as needed. I am on the road to a speedy recovery, thanks to the combination of expert medical care, compassionate support, and a patient-first approach that Karma Doctors and Associates provides. This group sets the bar for patient care--merging clinical excellence with genuine warmth and reliability. If you're seeking mental health care that prioritizes your needs, communicates with clarity and kindness, and offers robust, evidence-based treatments like TMS, I wholeheartedly recommend Karma Doctors and Associates and Dr. Keerthy Sunder, MD. The care I'm receiving is excellent, and I feel confidently supported every step of the way. This is the standard to which all medical groups should aspire. Thank you!

They lie and tell you you're going to have a psych evaluation with a doctor in the pre-screening…read morecall but then you end up with Josh and Rachel who have zero mental health qualifications/credentials to do psychiatric evaluations. Josh and Rachel are extremely inappropriate and it was very obvious they do not have therapist credentials. I expressed something very sensitive concerning a crime that took place against my at the time 4 year old son. Josh nor Rachel even bothered to ask if my son was ok which was my first sign that something was extremely wrong with this "psych evaluation" Real licensed providers are mandatory reporters. They legally have to ask if the child is safe and disclose that they are mandatory reporters. Neither Josh nor Rachel said a word. Josh sat emotionless and sighed and Rachel sat there as if I was talking about rice not an extreme crime against my child. Say what you want to me but when it comes to anyone showing malice or lack of concern or care towards MY child, that's when my tolerance becomes zero. Also don't bother filling out your assessment form, they do not read it. Imagine telling someone in writing on a medical form that you're adopted and your adopted parents harmed your child and then that person asks you "do you have a good relationship with your parents?" I was in complete shock. They were also 10 minutes late to the appointment via zoom. so I sat there for 15 minutes waiting on them because I signed in early to make sure I was on time. They did not even bother to apologize nor acknowledge that they were late. This was the first red flag followed by the inappropriate comments about my family life that I detailed earlier in writing on an assessment form, that they didn't read. This clinic is most likely violating quality of care policies and allows random staff members who are the equivalent of a receptionist to do psych evaluations on patients with extreme trauma and long term suicidal ideation. I honestly have no words for why this place has been allowed to stay open but I reported the owner "Dr Sunder" to the medical board of California as well as my insurance because I know for a fact my insurance would not approve of me being mislead to believe I was meeting with a doctor for a psych evaluation only to be bamboozled by two people who aren't therapists, not trauma informed, lack sensitivity training and are NOT a psychiatrist. Run away from this place as fast as you can. Lastly, anyone who has ever done a real psych evaluation knows the provider always states their credentials at the beginning of the session and explains in detail the question process of the meeting. None of this happened because they aren't therapists and have no training Real mental health providers read your assessment form and don't ask you if the people who committed a crime against a 4 year old child (my child) are good people. Dr Sunder is real but his staff are not credentialed psych providers and should never be given access to people with complex trauma. Nor should they have any control over access to TMS treatment plans when they do not care if a child was harmed in one of the most traumatic and heinous ways. I am in shock because the last time I witnessed that level of apathy was from my adopted parents. This has been beyond traumatizing and I hope Dr Sunder loses his license

I felt clearer and more confident about my life choices, ended a bad relationship, met and married the love of my life and have continued in a forward motion.
