After searching on Yelp and Google, I decided to book with Richard. I'M SO GLAD I CHOSE HIM! After our 75 minute deep tissue massage session I have full range of motion back, I am able to do my normal stretches (which I was not able to do last night), and my writing day became productive again. He found exactly the spots that were troubling me and relaxed both my muscle and related nerve pain. He was incredibly professional and (as a bonus) is located next door to Koffi, where I had a delicious frozen mocha after my massage, basking in my quick recovery and range of motion. I highly recommend Richard!

Update: I think it very important potential clients see the…read moreemail response from Geof so they can make their own judgements: Jennifer, My web designer notified me that my site was hacked and compromised. I have not been receiving notifications and it has now been fixed. I'm sorry you had this experience but I had no idea you had scheduled. I do not like the disrespectful yelp review and the foul language voice message left. I have been a devoted medium for over 30 years and I have never had anyone be so mean-spirited. I prefer not to work with people who cannot be respectful. I hope you can find peace and grace. And my response: Goef, After taking time to process this experience and your reaction to it, I wanted to say a few things. I made the assumption a person who has been blessed with the gift of being a medium would naturally also be an empath. You have made that abundantly clear that is not a given. First, my voicemail was full of 25 years of grief bubbling up. Me choosing to use vocabulary that you deem "foul" to express myself is simply a matter of verbal preference. Had I cussed AT you or called you offensive names, I would see your point. That was not the case and my choice of adjectives to express my overwhelming disbelief and pain is my choice and the way you choose to hear words is beyond my control and not my responsibility, especially being that you are a grown adult. Second, there is ZERO disrespect in my YELP review. And I mean ZERO. I simply stated what had happened and it was 100% accurate for the information I had at the time. You are saying in your 30 years you've never experienced a similar "glitch" in scheduling a session with a client and I'm willing to make space for that to be true. At the time I did not have that information and further, asking for payment up front and then being a no show after repeated email confirmation...incredibly reasonable YELP review. If you read that review as mean-spirited instead of a voice of sheer pain and disbelief, your ego needs to be checked. The disrespectful person in this situation is you Goef, not me....not by a long shot. I am incredibly respectful to those who have EARNED that respect. Your tone of voice on the phone and offer of excuse rather than heartfelt apology and empathy for my pain, regardless of something being in or out of your control, didn't merit an ounce of respect Geof, not an ounce, so get over your man baby self. And because using "colorful" language fills my soul...f*ck the f*ck off Geof. Feel free to be offended, my words are meant to do just that.

I have gone to two other hypnotherapist and did not have the same five star experience as with Jennifer. She is top notch. Truly talented. I have been seeing her for almost two years - but not like every week. At your session she gives you a personalized meditation specific to your issues. And then you listen to them. Jennifer has helped me through two major life transitions: most recently the death of my father. I like that I get the personalized downloads and I can use them for awhile and I only go back for new issues. Just at note: When I first looked at yelp - I noticed with all of the 5 star reviews - there is also three at the bottom - this is a flaw in yelps software because it does not allow new Yelpers to give a stared review and it lists them under "Reviews that are Not Recommended" but they are also glowing reviews...
