I struggled with focus, task paralysis, and things I didn't fully understand until I finally had the right guidance. Dr. Torban has helped me better understand how my brain works, adjust my medications when needed, and navigate my mental health in a way that has truly improved my quality of life. He has also helped my family better understand and support me through the process. The entire office is wonderful as well. Claire and Ms. Christina at the front desk are absolute gems. They are always kind, helpful, patient, and welcoming. I'm very grateful for Dr. Torban and his team and would absolutely recommend his office to anyone looking for compassionate and thoughtful psychiatric care.

Its taken over 10 years to write this. I was a patient of Dr. Torban in 2015. I tried to kill…read moremyself that year and was struggling with alcoholism. I asked for a medication to help me relax so I could stay sober and I guess I looked at him wrong or something because he fired me as a patient that day. I was struggling very much and he treated me like a piece of trash. But God had other plans. I ended up finding a new PCP who listened and trusted me within weeks. That doctor gave me the meds I knew I needed and I have never drank alcohol again. I used those meds for 3 years into my sobriety and I now have over 10 years sober. Dr. Torban treated me badly and kicked me when I was down. I would never recommend him to anyone. He was the only psychiatrist in my area. He left me high and dry right after a major suicide attempt. People need to be treated with respect and dignity, and this man is a typical psych person who has a lot of his own issues.

He responded to my text on a weekend and spent an hour with me discussing my life and the science of brain function before we even began. He asked me to go with an open mind and "just try." What I thought was a 20-minute session of affirmation and association has completely changed my life. It has been seven days, and I have not had a single beer, experienced any cravings, or felt any negative effects. After nearly two decades, I feel free! I cannot reccommend Andy highly enough. He is a great man who offers a real, effective path to change. Thank you, Chris

Nobody especially a person with Great insurance and moderate intelligence should ever be treated like this.
