We called the company who said they could check later that day or the next day and could maybe have it mailed within the week. But, we really needed the bag NOW. So, in a bit of panicked desperation my wife googled something that brought us to Jose and Wine Country Cab and Wine Tours. And we were so lucky to find him. Jose was the nicest guy. He drove to the rental house then talked with the cleaners. They found the bag then he drove all the way to us in Los Angeles to hand deliver the bag. Needless to say, he will be getting all of our business on all future trips to wine country.

Unfortunately, no one showed up on the day of the wedding. After repeatedly calling to figure out what was going on, we were eventually told that our driver had forgotten about us and would be more than 40 minutes late. At that point, we had no choice but to cancel and scramble for another way to get to the ceremony. Instead of arriving in the transportation we carefully planned and paid for, I ended up squeezing my wedding dress into a friend's pickup truck just to make it there on time. I understand that mistakes can happen, but forgetting a couple on their wedding day is unacceptable. I would not trust this company for an important event.
