We, my construction company (JCD Renovations) & myself, have been trying to purchase flagstone for…read morea week now & issues are poor customer service, staff who do not know what stone is available at the different locations, they only deliver 3 tons of rock or more, and the scale at the Northwest Highway location in Dallas, TX is broken with no repair date in sight. Our selected stone is at the Northwest Highway location & we are unable to get an estimate (cannot weigh the stone) AND we must bring our own "weighing truck" & then, we have to unload it ourselves at home. For an organization in business for SO long, one would surmise that there is a better way to do business. I am very frustrated and this has been a waste of valuable time and resources.
