The other companies tried to scam us and stated we needed our roof redone ASAP. Derrick was honest, understanding, and upfront. He did not try to upsell or pressure my parents into getting a new roof, but rather the facts (repairs vs replacement). Sent over the estimates (repair vs replacement) and had 3 levels of options to choose from. We ended up replacing our whole roof because it made more sense and the prices are very affordable.
