I originally needed someone to help me remove a fragrance oil stain from my car's dashboard and had been messaging several companies. Many of them simply told me it couldn't be done, others asked for pictures and never responded, others simply ignored my question. Jose did everything possible to help me find a solution and as it turned out, the item that removed the stain was a detailing wipe I had in my possession the entire time. He was 100% honest and told me that it was my detailing wipe rather than take full credit. I'll also say that the detail work on my car was amazing. He did exterior and interior work and left my car absolutely spotless, looking brand new for a very reasonable price. I have since recommended his service to friends and strangers. He also asked permission beforehand, and that, people of the world, only shows that he is someone who values respect, trust and boundaries. I immediately asked the employee about it, and he gave me an attitude and asked, "Do you still have the barcode?" I explained that I had already shown it to the woman at the entrance. He then walked away. I spoke to the manager, who offered to let me go through the wash again. As I was going through, the same employee told me that he had supposedly already changed my first wash to the Pro. I told him I wasn't aware of that because you walked away without saying a word. Rather than acknowledging the obvious miscommunication, he continued to be rude and defensive. Then, while I was in the vacuum area cleaning the inside, the manager told me to hurry up because other customers were waiting. I looked around and noticed multiple empty vacuum spaces. So apparently I was expected to rush through cleaning my own car even though there was plenty of available space. I came in with a coupon for a free wash and left with the distinct feeling that I was inconveniencing them by being a customer. There are plenty of car washes that will gladly take my business without the attitude and hassle.

When I tried to resolve the issue, it was difficult to get in touch with Amir, the business owner. Instead of taking responsibility, he offered to send other companies or reschedule the appointment for two weeks after the original date. This is not how you run a business or treat your customers. People have schedules, and their time deserves to be respected. Very disappointing experience, especially when it comes to communication, reliability, and customer service.

After helping my 8 year old daughter into the rear passenger side door I noticed several little scratches along the door handle and door so I went to ask one of the representatives for help in looking this over because I'm going to have to pay to get this fixed now which he seemed fine about helping check. After looking at it he said this is California and there's nothing that can be done if I don't have any proof. So I have to take photos of my car before taking it to be washed every time?!
