Brandon came out to do the estimate and was always quick to respond to my questions. I obtained five estimates, and NCB's price was by far the most competitive. Once I accepted the quote, the installation was scheduled within just a few days. Brian completed the installation and was professional, courteous, and easy to work with. There were a couple of minor issues after the installation, likely due to a miscommunication, but I contacted Brandon that evening and everything was corrected by the next morning. I really appreciated how quickly and professionally they stood behind their work. Overall, everyone I dealt with at NCB was friendly, responsive, and professional. Based on my experience, I would definitely use NCB again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

This year their prices had increased at least 50% and the service guy estimated i needed parts and my swamp would cost 491.00 to start. It was hard to believe. My friend recommended a handyman. He bought a 16 dollar part and charged me 50 dollars for the service. It is cooling the best it ever has. KIdzz seems to have "up priced" me 350 dollars. David, the tech, was very knowledgeable about a lot of things. Including that the city had to be called out to shut off the water valve at the street since it was rusted closed. Thankfully that didn't add to the price at all. I'm not really familiar with how plumbing is supposed to work today, but I certainly am not a fan of everyone charging a fee just to show up and look at your problem to give you a price. I think that practice is BS. But it seems like everyone is doing that now. Would I use them again? Sure. They got the job done quickly.
