I just had them back to shut off my unit, start up my furnace, and clean the furnace. Next spring, I'll have them replace my old rusty evaporative unit ~ and their estimate was very fair and affordable. Having qualified, ethical, knowledgable handi-people is no small thing. He confirmed our appointment and showed up ready to do a full check up and maintenance. We also asked for a video of the plumbing -which had repairs done last year by an outfit I will not name. Brian did the tune up/clean up. The furnace checked out fine, thank goodness. The video did reveal a significant vertical breach in a major pipe that had been steadily leaking under a bathroom. Brian referred "My PLumber" for the pipe replacement. Dodged a looming disaster! Great job all around. So nice to work with good, honest service professionals.

They came out for for a quote and check what we needed. When the consult and quote was done, within 2 days we were scheduled and installation began. The crew was professional and quick with the work. Now, we have a system that is so much more comfortable and keeps all rooms at a constant temperature. Five rooms, 5 room systems and 2 outside units with all electrical and ductwork was done in 1 1/2 days. The cool part of the system is it's controlled by remote, and there's one in each room, but if one is lost, they work on the rest, Awesome thing about this system, each room can be set to heat, cool and automatic control. You set the temp you want (all function controlled by remote control) and how powerful you want the fan, you can set it to sweep back and forth etc... One thing I do want to say that I was able to dictate the placement of the unit in our bedroom. Although it may have been easier for the crew to place the unit a wall closer to the outside unit, I requested another wall so I did not have to move family pictures and special things. The owner told me, that I had to live with it, so they would do what I wanted. I'm disabled and having thing's comfortable isn't always easy. The cost of this system is worth every penny. The speed of process from time of initial contact to completion was about a week. Thanks to the crew who came out and made our home more comfortable. We got it just in time for a really cold, snowy and windy storm and all the rooms were so comfy. They are a professional, knowledgeable, and polite crew.

He bought a 16 dollar part and charged me 50 dollars for the service. It is cooling the best it ever has. KIdzz seems to have "up priced" me 350 dollars. Or their aervice person has some competence issues. Not sure if its because I am a woman living alone Or because people need to cool their homes and will pay a lot. Not sure... Now a few months ago it was having issues and I fixed those. And the night before it had stopped and I had diagnosed it as a dead themostat batteries(chanbe your batteries annually). That fixed it for 24 hours but then it stopped again. So I put in better batteries, still nothing. Checked the breakers etc. I thought I'd checked everything. Saturday we randonly called from a Yelp listing and it turned out to be the same Daniel's. for a 290 dispatch fee they sent a guy out in 2 hours. The good part, he fixed it in 10 seconds. The bad part was that the problem was a loose fan door which I had looked at but hadn't closed as tightly as possible. When the fan had restarted the night before it must have loosened the door. Doesn't matter, the tech Daniel, but not the THE Daniel came fast and fixed the problem and didn't charge more than the dispatch fee. I can't say I look forward to using them again in an emergency but I know I will

The technician cleaned the coil, found a failed capacitor, and installed a Turbo 200X capacitor and start assist. The charge was $831.40 on a single, non-itemized line. The same Turbo 200X capacitor sells for about $80 on Amazon. I contacted Daniels and gave them an opportunity to explain both the invoice and their pricing. I was told a manager would call me. No manager ever did. I also noticed that the one-star reviews I found repeatedly mention excessive pricing, which unfortunately is consistent with my experience. $831 for a routine maintenance visit that resulted in a new capacitor is an extraordinary charge, more than the benchmark for Albuquerque, and well above industry standards. The lack of itemization and the failure to respond when I asked for an explanation make this even more concerning. I would strongly advise homeowners to get a second opinion and an itemized estimate before authorizing any repair with Daniels. Based on my experience, I would not use this company again.

As soon as he touched it, it started working. He couldn't trouble shoot it very well because it was working, but spent a half hour trying to figure it out. That evening, nothing seemed to point to an issue, so he left. 10 minutes after he left, it started blowing hot again. We called the next morning, again great service response and they promised Benjamin would return in the afternoon. He did! And this time he was able to isolate the issue and fix it. This was over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend, I called 6 other HVAC companies and Desert Suns called back in under 30 minutes. They rewired, relocated the Nest and also did some preventative maintenance. The Tech was super nice, explained everything and didn't leave a speck of dust behind. The next day the heater was still having an issue. I called Sunday at 7:45 and the tech was here in under 30 minutes. Fixed the issue and triple checked things were working properly. Sean ended up being my service man and was great as far as service, explaining how things work and what he was doing. He helped save some money and further needed repairs on parts that were on their way out to complete at once. The only reason why I didn't give 5 stars is the pricing on parts I found overpriced. I ended up replacing 3 parts and each was charged $95-120. After looking them up online I could have gotten them at a fraction of those costs.

First, he said he needed to make sure we didn't have a leak. Well...we had a slab leak. He referred us to a fantastic plumber (Eddy Ks Plumbing and Heating) that fixes leaks under slabs and he did a phenomenal job. We still wanted to replace the water heater so Joe was patient while all the excavation, repair, and restoration work was done. Joe did a great job replacing our water heater and even built a new stand/table for it. We were billed what we were quoted and he showed up on time and was very professional. We will definitely call him for any future heating, cooling or plumbing needs.
