I happened upon Jason with a gut feeling while shopping for a needed repair on my desktop. Upon meeting with him, it turns out that he used to do our municipal IT work at my current employer. He would always solve our sensitive computer issues at our rather secure site. Personally, he worked to fix my USB issue on my desktop. It was incredibly important for us to get our main computer back quickly because it was the only one that had our kennel software on it. Priority had it back by the morning of the next day, and had it set up in no time. Don was awesome!!! My external hard drive wasn't working, so I bent down to see if it was plugged in to the main computer. When I did that I knocked over the computer and damaged the hard drive. I lost the main drive and the external back-up drive in the same day! Don drove over to my office within 10 minutes. He wasn't able to fix the main drive, but he referred me to a company that could. And he was able to retrieve the data from the external drive, thankfully. He did all this within hours, and we got our company back online. He really saved the day!!! read more

I received a call today from a "Nicole," asking for my email address. When I asked her what she needed this for, she stated that they were getting a bounce back. When I asked her again as to why she needed my email, she stated that I had an outstanding balance! Once I remembered what I used them for, I stated to her that this would be impossible as their business is a point of service and payment has to be made in order to pick up your machine! She said she was new and was cleaning things up. I laughed and explained to her that I made payment at time of pick up, and was given a receipt both times that I used their service. Nicole then had the audacity to ask me if I could send her copies of my receipts, lol! I kindly told her to "Go Fly a Kite," in less than a few words. Will probably not be returning to this shop, considering they have employees calling out trying to extort you after you used their service and paid.
