I didn't order a replacement, so not sure how it happened. I'm pretty sure it was the exact same product because it arrived back so quickly. Anyway, I returned it again, and it appears to be processing as a refund/return, but it's taking a bit longer than it usually does. Nonetheless, there is usually not much of a wait here, and the hours are super convenient, so I will continue to come here for any returns in the future. I love Brea Downtown, so I like how I can get multiple errands done.

I…read moreemailed a 3 page black and white document to print, then said I have to also pay a "computer fee" along with the high cost to print each page. When I asked about it, there was zero explanation because really everyone knows that's nonsense and how can anyone explain silliness. At the very least, they need to disclose the extra made-up charges and fees that aren't assumed by the customer. That's a real good way to break trust. I will never do business there again. I don't like charges that take advantage of people no matter how big or small. It's too bad.

I popped in on a Saturday and ordered some stickers to go over the old name for my open house signs My order was complete in a few days and really well priced. When I went to pick up my signs snd stickers I walked around the showroom area and loved the fact I could see in person different RE sign options and what's new. I talked to bob and he went over the packages that they offer I'm totally going back to order new signs. They also can design them for you. Really excited to see what my improved signs will be later. The service was top notch super helpful and informative with out being pushy. I would totally recommend. (They do all kinds of signs and print work not just RE)

A.K.A. staff immediately greeted me as I came through the door and consistent with other reviews, I found them to be professional, efficient and kind. They were clear to explain the additional fees and show me on the website/ software as needed. The fingerprinting was done efficiently on the first try. The last live scan place I went to had to try repeatedly for some reason. The environment is calm and peaceful and reminds me of being in a comfortable living room. All signs are clear with useful information to make things simple. I was pleasantly surprised and can say I even enjoyed my experience. It's a UPS store - so my expectations are about the same…read more Even though I have a neighborhood UPS store that I use weekly, I was in the Brea area and figured why not to ship a return back from this location. I have passed by this location countless times over the years, but have never went inside until yesterday. Parking was easy to find in front of the store and I was in and out within a few minutes. It was easy peasy to return an item, scan, wait for the receipt, and I was on my way. From the looks of it, there were not many mailboxes to rent, the location is a bit on the smaller side - ever since it moved from the other end of the plaza, where it used to be directly across from the Chiropractor and Fantastic Sams. Overall, the interior was clean and it was easy to find parking in front of the storefront. I was greeted immediately as I stepped into the UPS, and was helped quickly. I will most definitely stop by here if I ever need to utilize UPS when I am in the area.

I walked out, they tried to say I need to pay but I would have demanded a refund if I had. Idk what they are thinking There's a reply about this ups being franchised owned.
