    Pups chilling by the pool

I can't write a long and great enough review for Jennifer. She has been our pet sitter, dog walker and part of the family for the past 8 years. My pups miss her right now due to Covid and mom working from home. We began using her services when one of our dogs became very nervous and started biting at herself and needed medication. One of the suggestions was to have someone come to the house while we are at work to visit and walk the pups. Jennifer was soooo patient with our female Chow who is very wary of strangers. At first she just walked our other dog until Gia got used to her coming and realized she was missing out on walks. Well now Jennifer is our Chow, Gia's best friend. Gia is so excited to see her that she greets her at the door with a stuffed toy. For those worried about having someone come in your home when you are not there, let me tell you, Jennifer is very professional, communicates always, brings in packages when she doesn't have to, has told us about a water tank leak, fire alarms going off and most importantly when she thinks something is wrong with one of our pets When our big male, Nugget, had knee surgery I was so worried leaving him and going to work, he required so much care. Jennifer was able to come more often for him and gave us updates. I honestly don't know what we would have done without her this whole time. Our dogs are our kids and they are both 11 now and I would not feel comfortable bringing them to a kennel if we go out of town. She does more than dog visit for you, it is piece of mind knowing they are being taken care of by someone who truly cares about your pets.

With multiple pets, I needed quick and consistent service. I sent an inquiry through Yelp projects and was contacted by the owner Afsheen. He so warm and personable. He listened, outlined my options, and explained the other services offered (landscaping, handyman, pet sitting). It just so happened I needed landscaping for a major yard clean up as well. Both were scheduled an executed expediently and at a very good price. Daniel did magic on the yard and managed to save our dying tree. We also set up weekly pet waste service. We always receive a text the day before and day of. Our technician, John, is always so quiet and does a through job. Afsheen has put together a wonderful professional team who takes pride in their jobs. Billing and payment is done online and is a breeze and so easy. Afsheen stands out for all the right reasons, especially with a business. His entire team reflects the same professionalism and respect. They are prompt, consistently communicative, providing updates when they are on the way and confirm immediately after services are complete. The yard is always spot on and the gate always closed properly behind them. That reliability and transparency make a significant difference, especially a peace of mind for our fur babies. My little dog Willow just spent 25 days with her while we were out of town for a summer vacation and I just cannot say enough good things about Rhonda! I was incredibly anxious about leaving my dog because we rescued her less than a year ago, she has a lot of anxiety and fear, and we'd never left her before. I actually cried when I dropped her off! Rhonda was so caring and loving - she totally understood my difficulty and assured me that Willow would be okay. She kept in touch with me the whole time, sending lots of adorable photos and videos. Willow actually blossomed while she was there. She became more socialized with both other dogs and her new human friends. She's a new dog! Rhonda even bathed her before I picked her up so she was smelling sweet. I will never take Willow anywhere else for boarding, and I will recommend Rhonda to all my pet-owning friends!! THANK YOU RHONDA!!! Check out my photos - there's Willow's first day, and the other one is just four days later. Look at how transformed Willow became in just a few days! Rhonda is truly gifted. Your pets could not be in better hands.

It's hard to be out of town and leave your loved ones behind, but Ashley was always prompt, took several pics of our fur babies and sent them. Helps relieve a little stress while you're out of town. Well, recently we were out of town again, over Christmas, none the less. We had a family member offer to watch out pets, and I didn't utilize Safe Doggy. Unfortunately, one of my "babies" passed away while we were gone. It's horrible to lose a pet, but to lose a pet while you're not there, is worse, and it was over the Christmas holiday (Christmas Day to be exact). I had Ashley's number as I had considered using them again, so I contacted her. She and Becky handled everything. I can't imagine anyone wants to have that job. It wasn't a fun time, but I can't stress enough, how much easier it was knowing that Ashley was physically taking care of my fur baby, and Becky was on top of the arrangements. It's only been days since I've been home and my house is so quiet (sad), but again, a sad event was made a little easier knowing someone was there to handle everything. I hope you don't have to use Safe Doggy for this type of thing, but again, we used them when we went out of town previously, and I'd recommend again!! Thank you Becky and Ashley.

I'm a bit iffy on this place. Why? So I have been to a few of the daycares around town. There's a…read moreparticular style of daycare that I don't find to be very stimulating for dogs and this place kind of fits that format. While it is convenient for me, when I watch the cameras, it looks like the dogs are just wandering around like zombies. Usually other daycares have more interaction with staff. There's maybe one staff member to like 15 or 20 dogs. The other thing is I'm not entirely sure they actually understand dog behavior. Because a lot of the dogs are restless and have zero structure, they don't have great socializing manners. My dog is an intelligent breed who will correct dogs who are rude or in his face and it gets tiring for him if he's doing that more than the staff. So when they told me that they had put him away because he was air nipping at dogs, that was strange. I've never had a report of him having behavior issues. Now if they had told me he seemed tired and needed to be to decompressed, that's fine. Maybe it was the staff's wording. And why she needed to report it to me I don't know because that's just a normal part of daycare and dog behavior. So after reading the reviews I did see instances in which dogs that are being aggressive to begin with or annoying aren't being corrected and then when the dog goes to correct them, which is dog etiquette, the dog who asserts boundaries to protect themselves gets punished? That to me shows a lack of understanding about dog behavior. I've watched the webcams at other daycares, and staff know how to separate dogs or to keep things from escalating and know when it's appropriate to put a dog away in a crate for a little time without making the dog feel bad or without making the owner think there's some big issue. I'm trying to gauge whether he actually likes going here. He comes home tired but not looking happy. And whenever we go there in the morning, he tends to whine, which he doesn't do at the other locations we've been. So this one will probably start getting rotated out of his daycare choices for the week. But on the positive side, I do like that they have a little events for the dogs or special treats and get your permission. I just don't feel very confident that it's anything more than just like a room full of dogs all walking around in circles. Like at least interact with them a little bit? Maybe add another counselor or two per group? Make me feel like everybody is taking classes about dog behavior and understand different dog breeds and how dogs are meant to interact? Also the webcam never seems to work very well. I'll watch on the phone or don't even try to watch on the laptop and it goes in and out but at least they have a webcam because barx parx doesn't. And there may be people and dogs who love this place or love the locations in other parts of Las Vegas but for intelligent breeds, I just don't think this place is very stimulating or matches well with his needs. Maybe this is just what happens when you take a bunch of dogs regardless of personality and throw them in together. Dogs have different play styles and some dogs are annoying to other dogs. But here, it just feels like a major free-for-all. The staff are mostly friendly, but maybe also communicating different things to the dog owners in a different way would have probably avoided me feeling less confident about this place because now I'm worried about who my dog is with during the day. If you don't know dogs, that's kind of concerning.... And I'm not seeing anything in my experience or my dog's reactions or through the webcam that makes me feel confident... And with that many dogs per one counselor, I can see where it would be easy for a dog to get hurt.

The staff does an incredible job caring for and watching over our dogs--they truly take pride in what they do. We've tried other doggie daycares in the past, and this one has been by far the best. Our pups are naturally very nervous and not big fans of people, but the team here has consistently gone above and beyond to build trust with them. Because of that patience and care, our dogs now look forward to their camp days, and we love being able to see them playing on the cameras. I feel completely comfortable recommending this place as a safe and caring environment for your pup. I know how difficult it can be to leave your babies in someone else's care, and this team truly puts our minds at ease. We genuinely enjoy this place and will continue to use their services.
