After requesting a refund for services not rendered, I was told refunds were not available despite the fact that the agreed services were never completed. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, the company continued delaying the matter while mentioning attorneys and potential legal action, which felt unnecessary and intimidating rather than customer-focused. I simply expected the services I paid for or a fair resolution. Based on my experience, communication, professionalism, and follow-through were extremely disappointing.

There were a few problem behaviors we were able to work on right away. Jumping, sitting, and overall listening. AJ is extremely great with our dogs. They are excited to see her every session, and happy to work hard for her. AJ is not only a great dog trainer but also a teacher to us humans. She helped us learn the tools we needed for our dogs to be successful. After 8 sessions our dogs are doing great with door manners, a long stay, coming when called and more. She has taught us fun games that allow the dogs to use their noses to find scents, while also tiring them out. I must stress that AJ is just not about training but more importantly she believes in Nala's well being. AJ created a bond with Nala, yet Nala is aware she is in training. AJ listened to our needs, and investigated our surroundings/situation. AJ prioritizes Nala's delicate insecurities. There are not many Trainers (or businesses) that go above and beyond the need to "sincerely help" and yet is still a professional. ie: AJ has accompanied us on numerous Vet visits; suggested Doggie Daycare, plus accompanied us on Nala 1st visit and ensured Nala's transition into socializing with other dogs. It's hard to be out of town and leave your loved ones behind, but Ashley was always prompt, took several pics of our fur babies and sent them. Helps relieve a little stress while you're out of town. Well, recently we were out of town again, over Christmas, none the less. We had a family member offer to watch out pets, and I didn't utilize Safe Doggy. Unfortunately, one of my "babies" passed away while we were gone. It's horrible to lose a pet, but to lose a pet while you're not there, is worse, and it was over the Christmas holiday (Christmas Day to be exact). I had Ashley's number as I had considered using them again, so I contacted her. She and Becky handled everything. I can't imagine anyone wants to have that job. It wasn't a fun time, but I can't stress enough, how much easier it was knowing that Ashley was physically taking care of my fur baby, and Becky was on top of the arrangements. It's only been days since I've been home and my house is so quiet (sad), but again, a sad event was made a little easier knowing someone was there to handle everything.
