We don't get updates 24 hours in advance anymore, we have to call and wait on hold to find out what FBO to go to and get a tail number, if we do not call, we have no idea -no emails and no calls from them. A relatively new company so my friend and I were convinced we were each going to write perfect reviews. The problem came with the bill. When I called for a price quote I asked for an all inclusive price. Abe quoted me a price but the gratuity and tolls were extra. When I emailed for a receipt, there were additional charges on the bill. I called and Mohammed's brother Abe told me he had under estimated but would honor his price but now there were these extra fees. After writing him again, he said he would credit the misc. fees but I could take my future business elsewhere. Really? With only 5 yelp reviews and a new business, can he afford to end their correspondence with that comment? Unfortunate.
