MY CONCERNS; Was this a scam since I could not reach the business for three days trying many times? I paid for the reservation in advance by credit card and was not looking forward to contacting my bank card service to dispute the charges and explain why! S.I. Express Car Service is NOT a fly by night business scam! Whew to that! I was sooo relieved and very pleased with how Chris explained everything and was able to update my return pick up time, and why I was trying to reach someone. Most importantly, he contacted me once he understood the phone systems were malfunctioning, and ascertained my reservation and updated the return pickup time change. Now my husband and I can put our minds at ease we and 4 guests can travel from Staten Island to Brooklyn and back, to attend our son's wedding. A reserved SUV FOR 6, a very fair price and a contact with Chris who was so helpful and mainly an excellent human being. Thank you Chris you are an asset to S.I. Express Car Service. Chris mentioned that you can use the phone number on the website to text the business, the texting mode is working, but the talk to phone is not, it just has a recording that states "the voice mail has not been set up please call later." Chris is working on getting that phone issue fixed and reaching out to his scheduled clients and for everything to be back to normal soon. On the phone, they were very courteous, professional and accommodating. They also have great bus drivers! We were very impressed by our bus driver: Vladimir. I would definitely request him again. He was very professional, patient and understanding in dealing with our large group. Their bus lines are really modern looking with nice above-head televisions for watching movies. Also, their buses are clean, well maintained with very clean bathrooms, which is a rarity with most bus companies! I will always use United Coach bus company from now on!
