Just picked up my 2025 Honda CRV and had the best experience! Farhad was an absolute joy to work with and made sure I got the best deal possible. Damian in finance was a pleasure to work with as well. Highly recommend!!

Bought a car from them today. Looked at it Sunday and met with Farhad. He was amazing!! So personable and attentive. Great salesman. Not too pushy, but just pushy enough. He made sure I didn't need anything while I waited. Today I came to sign the papers and he was right there to get me situated as soon as he saw me. He is so personable. We will definitely recommend people come see Farhad. Met Brian on Sunday as well. Great guy, super nice and funny. Enjoyed talking with him as well. He is the money man. Way pleased with Honda in Hampton for sure!

Wish I could trade mine in for this pretty thing

Shout out to Donna for being an absolute rockstar. She was such a pleasure to work with. Her customer service was exceptional, she made me feel comfortable and kept me informed the whole way. She's looked after us before and her high level of customer service continues to be consistent. I appreciate her honesty and looking out for me - most service reps will tell you you need an oil change when it comes up on your dash, when you actually don't. Today she looked into everything and told me what I really needed over other things that could wait another 5,000 miles. My civic is in great condition and low mileage for her age (which is why Priority keeps calling me to buy the car back, sorry! My girl can get 40mpgs on a mediocre day), so I don't always need the recommended services. Donna, I appreciate you not costing me an arm and a leg for things I don't need immediately and thank you for recommending me when to come back to get them done. She is one of the reasons why I will keep coming back to Hampton Priority; honesty will continue to keep me a loyal customer.

Their version of this paper had a mo. pymt circled that they penciled in after the fact and claimed I signed it that way!

I have a lot of info about how exactly deception is used to take money from a veteran and well, qualified buyer. I have written up every tactic used, down to the tiny tablets that make it so you can't see what you're signing. I have info on how items were misrepresented in an illegal way, along with audio recordings which allowed me to capture right out lies and deception. I'm going to elaborate on these things unless Priority Honda reaches out to me to correct and refund me for the things I said I didn't want and they kept saying I was getting for free, which was another outright lie. I'm a reasonable person, however, and I'd be willing to stop now and give good reviews if I'm refunded what I was swindled out of in a clearly illegal way. I know there are recording Honda took as well that will prove on their end as well that their finance manager lied to me about what different paperwork represented. The titles of those pages were misleading and I was lied to about "FREE oil changes for life" along with "two FREE windshield replacements and prptective coating." When I complained I was told I'd be sent $100 back of the $400 windshield insurance which was a lie. I was charged $600 for the "FREE oil changes." I was teamed up on and highly pressured for deceptive sales and kept until long after the business was closed and it was emphasized that other buyers were waiting to get in to see the finance manager... and I have proof certain paperwork was "penciled in" without my knowledge. I have a previous picture of a document I signed and it did not have price range information circled. That was done and thing were added without my knowledge. I kept being told about the "free" items that were not free. Upon my return, now it was made clear that the nitrogen pressured tires were not "free." What happened is that I received a discounted price directly from the website. So, Priority Honda kept trying to get the principal back up and over the MSRP, and called that difference "free add-ons." In addition, I was told the "computer did not understand that I was getting all of these add-ons for free, so it still listed a price on the tablet, but I wasn't going to have to pay that." That's deception and flat out lying which is illegal under the VCPA act protects consumers against. I have lots more information on the deceptive practices they used such as stuffing some papers into a congratulatory bag, along with JUST HANDING ME A THUMB DRIVE "with all the paperwork I'd need for my free add-ons" That were not free. I trusted this group to accurately represent to a disabled veteran what exactly the papers were for and I was lied to after making it clear that I did not want the add-ons. I was repeatedly lied to and was told lies about what was on each page on the tiny digital tablet that I did not see any prices on when zooming in and looking around. The finance manager attempted to cover himself in the end by asking if I saw this ONE PRICE which showed what the price of the car would be with the interest added on. I'm disabled and this is my first new car purchase and they ran me through the mud. They refused to correct anything when I came in a day after seeing the contents of the thumb drive they sent me home with. That thumb drive was to keep me from seeing the actual details at the time of the sale and the sealed envelope was stuffed into a congratulatory bag to hide that all these supposed "free things" I was getting that "the computer didn't understand" why I was getting them for free, so it misrepresented, but "the finance manager could see on his computer that my things were supposedly free. They were not! I have more evidence and pictures and will be reasonable for a short time, a courtesy I was not provided, and then I will include all the evidence I have, and I go up the chain at the better business bureau. I couldn't believe the steelership had the audacity to tell me that they lost money selling me this car for what the total came out to be of still over the MSRP before financing! It's all clearly crooked. Consumers in Virginia are protected under the above mentioned Act and is wrong. I was very clear about what I did not want and you all loed to sneak them on there anyway because I'm a well-qualified buyer and new. I simply say "Honda, remove all of the charges for the additional "free" services and refund the $1200 plus dollars that is being forcibly taken from me. I will keep my word and replace this review with a good one. Just treat me with the respect I earned on actively duty and correct this exploitation

    This was apparently patched

They don't even deserve a star to be honest. Last time I went there, they didn't even patch my tire and charge me. Went there again and said I needed all these maintenance crap. Then told me it was going to be 1,000+ to fit my head light which is only $100 on line

Update: the company contacted me on Yelp and the bottom and the contact information provided wasn't…read moreeven the correct person so I did not receive help. This dealership has always been very pushy with trying to sell their cars. This time I came by to look at a used car. The sales person we had, Luke, was new so he wasn't as pushy as his manager. He was very laxed and honest. It was obvious that he was new there since he was unsure about a lot of our questions but he got them all answered. He wasn't pushy and was very patient with us. But his manager was very pushy and kept pressuring us to sign for a car even when we were unsure. The used car we looked at was initially priced was over what it was worth especially considering damage, the mileage, and the year. We were able to get the price down but I found the listing online a on their website and saw that they initially overcharged us by $2,000 in person compared to their online listing. I brought it up but was told that listings fluctuate. We said we were going to look at another car that was newer for a cheaper price and the manager demanded to see the listing as if I were lying. It was rude of them to do that and completely unnecessary. I ended up showing the listing and the manager proceeded to just trash talk that car rather than focus on the car we were looking at at the dealership. Ultimately I was pressured to sign for the car and was upset that they have a "as is" policy because as soon as I brought it home and had time to inspect it further, there was a crack in the windshield. They didn't even factory reset the car and other phones were still connected to it. They said they cleaned the car before we got it but it was clear someone just sprayed a lemon scent inside and called it a day. The amount of damage I ended up finding in the car made me regret my purchase and the way the lie straight to your face is insane.

You know what i've never notice about a car dealership service review? There are very few 5-star…read morereviews...........you know what else? YOU AIN'T GONNA SEE ONE TODAY! LOL! Now that I got that out of the way, let get to the serious stuff on this review of Wynne Ford Service Department. Looking to get a tune-up completed for my 2000 Ford Focus ZX3 after a "Mom and Pop" auto place couldn't remove the #1 spark plug that was singed in. After being recommended to call a Ford Dealership, I was delighted to find that Wynne Ford deals with singed parts all the time. Spoke with a bubbly individual who made me feel really good and confident to get this service done. She was confident that Wynne Ford has seen this problem before and fixed it. She offered me an appointment for the next day which was Friday. I didn't immediately take it (why I don't know) but was able to get one for the following Monday. After the appointment was set, a text was sent to my iPhone confirming it. I was set! Friday before the Monday appointment I receive a phone call from my assigned Service Advisor Casey. He was calling to double check on what service I wanted, gave me an expected price and made sure to call me if further service was required. That was important to me, calling and keeping me advised what was going on. Casey gave me a price and that is exactly what I ended up paying. The service was dong to perfection and the car runs good. There was some other problems with some other rude service advisors to change the appointment; but its not worth mentioning in this review. My recommendation is this; not matter how old your car is, always let the dealership perform tune-ups. Wynne Ford will be doing my next one. Thank you and HAPPY YELPING!

The vehicle I was going to test drive had previous damage no one told me about. My offer from the dealership was 19k I had a long winded explanation about three things: -vehicle inspection is out of date (tags are good til 27) & he would have to put my vehicle through all sorts of maintenance once he took it on even though I had all my service reports and receipts. Tires, oil change, oil filter, wipers, various fluids, brakes -minor damage reported to carfax (has been fixed before I even bought the vehicle) -that's the market value ( "we don't do that " is what I was told, said in the 10 minutes he was in his back office he found 100 similar jeeps selling for 19 in a 40 mile radius) The guy I road around with was cool had a good conversation it's the office personnel I had the biggest issues with. My vehicle was undervalued. And ironically the vehicle that I test drove was damaged and that affected the price 0% I would still have to pay the new car price and then they would most likely report that damage to carfax and affect my new vehicles re-sell value down the road and they would take no hit whatsoever...In addition to all this, I work for the US Navy and my time that I get off is very little and precious. My evening was wasted and I'll never get that valuable time back. Wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone please be on the lookout for shady business practices at this location.

The very day I bought the vehicle, the TPMS light came on, there was a strong burnt oil smell in the cabin, and I discovered the sunroof was leaking water. Their service department took the car back, claimed to replace a sensor, but the light came right back on during the one-hour drive home. When I brought it back, they said they couldn't help since "no fault code" showed. Months later, the TPMS issue is still unresolved. The sunroof leak was worse--on the very first night it rained, water dripped inside from the passenger visor, and I even found paper towels shoved in the corner, apparently to hide it. After multiple trips back, they said the sunroof drains were clogged, but in the process, they broke the windscreen and then stalled for weeks before finally replacing it. The oil smell was the most concerning. I was told it was just leftover oil from their change and would "burn off in a few weeks." Instead, smoke started coming from under the hood, and I had to pay $200 to tow it back. Eventually, they admitted the valve cover was leaking but refused to fix it, saying the car was sold "as is" and without warranty. When I pushed back with the General Manager, Lance, he was dismissive, condescending, and unwilling to help--even after admitting it was a preexisting issue. On top of this, despite claiming the car had never been in an accident, I later found paint overspray and cloudy paint on the doors. The dealership never disclosed this. It also took them over two months to get me the title. When I finally took the car to a BMW specialist, they found: A major valve cover leak that could have caused a fire Oil contamination in the coolant reservoir (likely from mishandling during service) Needed a brake fluid flush Total out-of-pocket costs: $3,400. All of this after paying Audi of Hampton full retail price. I asked only that they do the right thing and help with the repairs, but Lance the GM refused. As a single dad with kids, I trusted a luxury dealership to provide a safe vehicle. Instead, I was given a car that was unsafe, poorly inspected, and misrepresented. I even traded a perfectly good car to them they would only give me 17k for it and put out up for sale for over 23k. I know dealers give less and I made mends with that. If you are considering buying a used vehicle from Audi of Hampton, do not rely on their "inspection." Insist on having the car thoroughly checked by your own independent mechanic before purchase. This experience has been beyond disappointing--it has been dangerous. I will never purchase from Audi of Hampton again.
