On Tuesday morning, he called and asked if we were ready to approve the mold work. I pointed out that we still needed the rebuild estimate, and suddenly there was a problem. When could his folks come over for another walkthrough (inside and out). I gave him wide windows of time over the next 2 days. No response so on the second day, I called him back. I explained that I was getting frustrated at the lack of the complete estimate. So he said he wouldn't do any of the work, goodbye. They were slow to respond with a quote to do the work. It took several days of calls and emails back and forth. The woman answering the phone was on the ball, but her resources, including the managers, apparently slowed down the process. We finally got a verbal quote, but when we asked for it in writing, they were going to charge $75 just to write the quote. Unfortunately, as we needed a quote to present to our renters, this was a significant issue! In the end, we found them difficult to work with and would not recommend.
