The property was listed that it was connected to public sewage, however, we quickly found out after closing that it has a septic tank. That's a huge missed factor. That septic tank also happens to be failing along with its drain field, so we are forced to spend $20k+ on a completely new system. Also please be aware of the Sellers Disclosures she may include, it'll hold her harmless against any issues that should arise after closing (only protects her so much though).
