The claim that they're "actively reviewing my concerns" is either a blatant lie or the truest look into how Aspen Dental treats their patients. Every day that passes is another step backwards in my Invisalign process. What a nightmare. All of this could've been avoided if someone, anyone, cared, but my experience demonstrates that the people of Aspen Dental truly could not care less about their patients.

She would notice when I frown. She then would calm me down and drill more gentle. I grind my teeth a lot. Dr. Vakil helped me fixing my chipped front teeth and recommended me to wear night guard while sleeping. All the staffs are friendly and really thoughtful. I highly recommend this dental office.
