I only had one problem with this place: the dentist made me feel extremely uncomfortable. In fact, my rating is probably more of a 2.5. I normally LOVE chatting with docs/dentists, but the conversation with this dentist left me feeling uneasy every time. I've always laughed it off as nothing, but when I told my friends/coworkers about my experience here, they were disconcerted and told me I should start looking for a new dentist. The claim that they're "actively reviewing my concerns" is either a blatant lie or the truest look into how Aspen Dental treats their patients. Every day that passes is another step backwards in my Invisalign process. What a nightmare. review my dentist? sure, here you go yelp!…read more so, i think we have an open tab at this place, all 5 of us are consistently going in and out for routine to surprise dental procedures, each time, GDA did their duty and served with a smile (i guess, most of them are still double masked, but i bet they are smiling...) seriously, there should be an service entrance just for our household, we are in there almost every other week, which is fine, the service is great and they absolutely know us well! what else can i say, free tooth brush with every cleaning, cant beat that! it's the toof
