He laid out a timeline (4-6months total timeframe), cost of treatment and all that. I had to take out a $2499 loan right then, with a $249 downpayment to get my treatment scheduled. I did so, had the first part of treatment and then was told the rest had to wait 6-9 months. This was a SHOCKER to me, and I was met with dismissiveness and "well the office manager doesn't lay out treatment plans" excuses, however he was the ONLY one we spoke to in regards to the treatment plan. So clearly he was out of his scope. Now they have $2401.08 they are holding of money already paid to them from the finance agreement only they can cancel (I called HFD, they have an exclusive agreement with Aspen and only Aspen can end finance agreements since they have the money already). They haven't gotten back to me ONCE since I began talking about this issue in April.

He's got a broken tooth that's been in the gums for awhile and they are just Novocain and not being sedated due to his medical conditions as they feel it will come out pretty fast and easy. Just got called in to show me his tooth next to it that has a route canel isn't doing any help in his month and proceeding to remove it as well. We shall see. There is nice size waiting room for us to watch the today show being so early for his appointment. I know I have a great groups of doctors that are taking care of him in their best interest. 1 tooth is $506.00 and the consultation charge fee is $165 for a 1/2 hour visit. Insurance is put in and my share is $253 and has to have a check in hand for them. I have Cigna insurance and thought I would get a better price for pulling out teeth as I think this is after 80% covered. Wishing him the best as he's month will be num for a bit.
