Ordered 500 Pamphlets with QR code on. The QR code was probably not printed properly and even if the link was relating to the actual page of the delivery company, the full page was not loading. So definitely not my mistake as the link was there.... Called and lost 2 hours within the chat which didn't help me: they wanted me to film that my QR code was not working and send it to an email. However, the agent acknowledged that she couldn't see my menu on the linked page.... so the purpose of my pamphlet was not fulfilled.... garbage and lost time! My menus are due and need other pamphlets to print but guess where I will go .... Definitely not where I throw 275$ into the garbage..... read more

Order # # 09767978 Stickers are very thin but that's OK. Very hard to remove backing, some customers had such a hard time using them that they ruined them trying to get the backing off. No removal cut lines that one usually sees on sticker backs. I thought they would be better quality based on the cost. read more

Absolutely loved my order. When I picked it up, the employee was nice enough to give me a sample of cardstock weights. I will order with PrintPlace again but will probably have it shipped. It was impossible to get to their location because of construction! I called to get directions on how to navigate to get there but was disappointed that the woman who answered the phone had no idea how to get me there from a mile away. We were in the process of looking for customized shipping tape with our logo; after all my research PrintPlace offered the best pricing that fit within our budget. We uploaded our logo and approved the image to begin processing. We received same day service by having customer support trying to reach out to discuss their concerns with our upload. I missed the call as I don't answer numbers I don't know. They then emailed me immediately notifying that my order was on hold until further, due to our image being poor resolution. I hadn't responded yet as we were trying to better the quality of our image; they then emailed again following up. I responded with our issue of trying to fix the pixels. Jarred with customer support then emailed back immediately with understanding such and on the contrary had found an image with the right specs and asked if we'd like to approve it. I was impressed with their service, which was impeccable as they took it into their own hands to fix it for us. We will be using them in the future for additional printing needs. read more

The stickers I received were decent but I can not say they were good. They have a cut to peel the back but I actually have to bend the sticker to reveal it, and maybe its just the style I ordered but it puts a noticeable crease on the sticker to do this. Also the stickiness of the stickers is very bad. I place them on paper wrapping for the items I ship and they sometimes do not stick very well. The design was very nice and was what I ordered but they do not meet my needs for even the basics that I use them for. read more

PrintPlace delivered a quallity product and met all of our needs in helping to design and print our organization's 75th Anniversary book. The price was very reasonable, the service excellent, and the product top quality. The only change I would suggest for PrintPlace is to change the communication system to make it easier to contact for person-to-person conversation especially when it comes to reviewing the proofs, If the communication protocol can be improved they will definitely get a 5-Star review as a quality company to do business with! read more

I am updating my review from 2 stars to 4 stars and here's why: Originally I had spoken to multiple Customer Service (CS) people on chat who first told me that I can pick up my product, but the interface on the website was flip/flopping with misinformation, and the website was not being very user friendly and kept trying to get me to pay shipping (instead of giving me option to pick up). I got frustrated with the experience. Although I had one CS person who was not great the Supervisor and the other CS people's follow ups were good. They also gave me a discount for initially what I felt was starting to feel like a waste of my time. After some back and forth via chat and then talking to customer service on the phone I could pick it up and I was happy with that because it's 25 minutes from my place. When I finally picked up my Deluxe retractable banner, I was super super happy. Which is why I changed my review. I also have to say I designed the banner via their interface and I loved it. I will definitely use their interface to design again. It was my first time but I think it was super intuitive and easy to use. Maybe everything was not great at the helm, but they really did work hard to make up the issues when things went off track. Their CS gave me a discount coupon off my order (which was the fair thing to do as I was a first time customer and I chose them based on what they told me would happen via chat). When I got the product it actually made me very happy. Sometimes in life things don't always go our way, but this company really did try to help me, they were responsive and I feel they earned my 4 star rating now. Thanks! read more

I tried reaching out multiple times to get a re-fund or at the very least have new stickers sent to me and I never heard back from anyone at Print Place. It was a very, very frustrating process. Updating my review of 6/11/22. After several days of frustration, the company put through a refund. They were also unsuccessful at tracking the package through the 3rd party courier. Although the UPS website said that it was given over to the USPS and a USPS tracking number was supplied, the USPS was unable to provide an updated delivery estimate; not even where the package was. That was unusual as they normally reflect where the package is; ie between hubs or in transit. The day after PrintPlace notified me of the refund, the package arrived. The cardboard box was a little dented here and there and I probably lost between twenty and thirty of the brochures that I ordered, the balance were in acceptable condition. The print job was nice, clean, vibrant colors, and the grade of paper used was per the order,. I notified PrintPlace of the receipt of the package and its condition and volunteered to pay for it. But they said no problem, no charge. If anything, lesson learned for both of us. They need to pay more attention to the class of service they contract for or the carriers used, and I need to pay more attention to the shipping method selected. read more

I recently purchased my first order for labels for my business. I ordered 3x3 and 4x4 labels. The 3x3 labels were mailed to my PO Box and arrived correctly. The 4x4 were mailed incorrectly, and I never received them. I contacted customer service and they issued a refund and sent the labels out again incorrectly. They sent my 3x3 labels to my PO Box, and I didn't receive the 4x4 labels again. Someone from customer service asked me when I needed the labels by. I said no later than November 17 because of Thanksgiving orders. I was promised an 11/17/21 delivery. I was sent a tracking number, and ONCE AGAIN they shipped it incorrectly. I was told my orders would be shipped to my PO Box ONLY , but they shipped the order out for the third time via UPS. UPS doesn't deliver to PO boxes. Today I was told my labels, for my Thanksgiving products, will not arrive until NOVEMBER 29TH!!! Upset is not the word. They should be trying to overnight my order via USPS instead of trying to offer me 30% off for my next order because there will not be a next order. I should be refunded for the labels I never received! read more

Ordered stickers a month ago, still not received. Multiple phone calls and emails later I am offered a refund for the "lost" order OR they can reprint and send with expedited shipping at "no extra cost." Of course there should be no extra cost, I never got my stickers! What kind of company loses your order, then doesn't offer at least a partial refund and a replacement? My advice, don't bother. Find a more reliable and customer friendly service. read more

The magnets were well printed on a thin magnet back. The box was damaged in shipping and the product was not secure inside the box, but the magnets seemed to have stuck together so no apparent loss of product. But the merchandise should have been wrapped and secure WITHIN the box. read more

I really wanted this to work. The website works well, the prices are good. However, you just can't count on any of their timelines. I scheduled my printing and mailing weeks in advance - plenty of time on their calendar. when no one received my mailer before Thanksgiving weekend (pretty big for my retail business), I had to send multiple emails to try to figure out what was happening. Long story short, they went our a week and a half after they were promised, so I missed a couple weeks of my busiest season. Today, I just opened my "extra cards" that were mailed to me. These were supposed to ship before thanksgiving, and today its January 5th. No apologies, no discounts. They'll probably ding me pretty good on shipping these (although they are now useless). Next time, we'll try another provider for time critical printing. read more

I placed a 2000+ label order with confidence after reading reviews from so many people that seem to have gotten correctly printed, nice labels. Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience with PrintPlace - more than half of the order came out printed off, incorrectly cut, incorrectly aligned, some circle image outlines cut larger than others, some cut crooked so there was a larger circle border on one side than the other. It was a complete mess. Muliple inconsistencies were within one set of labels, so it wasn't an image issue (all proofs were perfect and correctly setup so this was clearly an issue on PrintPlace's end. Nobody could answer to me why half of a set was printed okay and the rest of the set of one label was completely wrong.To make matters worse, we were on an awful time crunch but PrintPlace's management made me take multiple photos of the incorrect items which took a lot of time and ended up stalling and delaying and impacting our own time to stick labels onto product. We were able to get a partial refund but the amount of delay, upset, unusable product (we only were able to use maybe half of a several thousand item order) was inexcusable. We cannot ever return to PrintPlace or recommend them to anyone for any printing needs. This was just bad all around. I can say, the manager I dealt with was very understanding once he received all the photos I took and saw immediately the problems that were caused and did not delay in issuing the refund I requested. read more

When we received our first order I was impressed. Our second order of 5,000 arrived in a box with labels just shoved in a box. No order to them What a mess. I've had to go through and re-stack the stickers just so I could send them to our members. When I took them to a trade show this past weekend, I found the stickers curled up. We've ordered stickers and business cards from PrintPlace. I was very happy with the stickers, but the business cards arrived with most corner edges dented. I'm not sure if it was simply because of the machine they use to cut the cards, or if they got slightly damaged in shipping... but the imperfection was minor enough I just decided to keep them and not make a big deal of it. The print quality itself was great. Just seemed a bit sloppy on the cutting... I will probably still give them another try though. Price was great. But I guess that old saying rings true... Order 30,000 stickers from here on roll form going to use in my restaurant. The Stupid company thinks people want 10,000 and 20,000 stickers on one roll. These rolls are so massive it's a joke. Wouldn't of been that bad if they all game like this. But know some came in 2,000 rolls, 500 rolls etc. I ordered the same quantity of each. So I called to see if I could send it back and have them fix it. They said they could but would be a charge I said okay already spent $6,000 on these stickers. This is probably the last time I will use Print Place. I have been a loyal customer for 7+ years now, but it just seems that they have lost sight of what got them to this position of being the go-to printer. It used to be that I would place my order and 3 days later, it would be in production and mailed out. More recently, however, it seems that they care less about getting the job done and more about pacing everything out, about making sure they are on the road home promptly at clock-out time. For the order I just placed, there were design issues. There are always design issues. The first round was on my end--I needed a higher resolution photo--and the 2nd round, the technical team couldn't figure out how to reverse the inside and outside of my brochure, so they had me re-upload the file. Fine. Whatever. Not gonna argue about it. The problem is that the whole while: 1. I'm spending a ridiculous amount of (needless!) time with customer service. 30 minutes here; 20 minutes there. All dead ends that get me nowhere. (Why couldn't you just switch the files? Very simple fix.) 2. Every time I have to re-upload something, whether it's my issue or their issue, I have to wait at least 2 business days for them to act. So, I upload the files, and they take 2 (full!) business days to review them; they tell me there's something wrong. Rinse, repeat. Rinse, repeat. 2 more days at every interval, just for them to take 90 seconds to look at my files and click "Ok". Maybe this doesn't seem like a big deal, but it is. 2 business days here; 2 business days there. My order is supposed to be GOING OUT today, and here I am and production hasn't even begun. I am at least 2 weeks behind at this point. This is unacceptable. As I said, I have had positive experiences with Print Place in the past, but I think I'm going to have to now look elsewhere. ---- read more

I don't know if they also print in Asia, but the bottom line is this is not the type of company I would do business with since it does not support American Company. I ordered flyer for one day business but they said is not going to be ready until the 3rd business day cause the first day is when you put the order after 24 hrs they pass the order to production then they have 24 hrs to process your order and you be able to pick up your order until the 3rd day after you put the order so basically they are lying about 1 Day business orders , so you pay more and receive your product same day like 3 business day orders. Customer service they don't care about your opinion. At least there are a lot of options to print flyers in the metroplex. read more

This was my first experience with an online sticker manufacturer and from now on I will doing my own stickers at home using sticker paper. The quality of the product was fine, but the customer service was garbage. They were quick to provide proofs, but couldn't give simple answers to seemingly simple questions about jargon like 'trim line' and 'safe zone'. Then, when they wouldn't answer any questions, and they couldn't get the proof right 3 times, I asked for a refund, which they refused. They said the best they could do was store credit, because ya know, they make you pay before you even approve the job... another great reason to avoid this company. Their prices beat everywhere else, and for a good reason. In this case especially, you get what you pay for, in terms of customer service. I suggest shopping somewhere else or making your own stickers. read more

Do not use this company for mailing services. They must have sold the company or decided to outsource customer service within the past few years so all customer service is based in the Philippines and you can not talk with anyone in the US that is actually doing the mailing to ask them questions. It seems like you ask the questions to their customer support and if they understand the question, they then ask whoever it is that does the mailing. Use a local printer or one that is actually willing to work with customers. read more
