I recently reordered some business cards using my last years order form attached to the email, and asking for the fax number to be changed in the body of the email that I sent. When I received the cards (less than a week after the order no less), I found that the fax number had not been changed. They had missed that request in the email, but, in retrospect, I probably needed to be clearer in the order process. After checking the email trail, they agreed that they had missed the change in the order and will redo the cards at no cost to me. I was surprised that the process was hassle free. I have always forwarded their name to all new associates in my office for business printing needs as the first experience was fast, accurate and priced reasonably. Now, I get to add about their business ethics and great customer service when I was expecting the problem to be put back on me. I've been using these guys for years. Really good work. I've only had one problem before (business card cutting issue), and luckily they reprinted the cards for me. I've used them for everything from flyers, stickers, postcards, to large banners and the quality is always great. Really like that they're local too and that I can swing by and pick up the products. As far as others having issues with their designs... make sure to download their design templates, before sending them your work! If your submitting your own work, the results are only going to be as good as what YOU give them. You absolutely do not need to send them vector work - I've never needed to. read more

So, Via Print Firm responded to my Yelp post, again, again, pointing the finger at the client/customer. Their response is clear proof of the unprofessional nature of this company. Also, what they wrote is a complete lie. The manager stated to me, "since you wrote the Yelp review I'm not shipping your cards for what I told you". There is no apology in this response, nor was there ever one in my dealings with this company. The arrogance of this company is incredible.
