They've also printed a few pictures for me that needed to be on special paper. Everyone who helped me was incredibly helpful and patient. I had a project a few months back that needed to be printed on thicker paper, but I didn't know what it was called. I did my best to explain the type paper/material I wanted and they understood exactly what I needed. They even did measurements for me - I wanted the photo to look like a photo booth print, just bigger. It came out perfect!

(Serviced 06/23/26 TU @ 4:15pm): This depot was strictly for office business!…read more It's been over a decade since I last visited Office Depot's La Crescenta location, but the timing was perfect because I was in the area for a separate reason. With all of the consolidation in the office supplies industry over the past couple of decades, I think the only ones left standing were Office Depot, Staples, and to a lesser extent FedEx, with companies such as Office Max and Kinko's having been absorbed from competitors. I've been making extended copies at my local Staples, but the costs have continuously gone up as they closed in on a dollar a page on heavy-weight paper which I really didn't need. So, I opted to try the competitor in hopes of saving some money. Was I able to deposit some money back into the bank after using this office store from my printing needs!? PURCHASE(S) 8.5"x11" Double-Sided Color Printouts ($0.70 x130): I needed to print a recent summary inspection report for an investment property we acquired to give to our general contractor as a checklist of things to focus on and repair over time. Although the per-page rate was slightly cheaper than what I've experienced, it wasn't that much different to go somewhat out of my way. The printing quality was fine, the speed was a tad slow, but it got the job done. SERVICE At this time, there were only two employees, and I was the only customer. With no salutations from either of them, I easily headed towards the self-service copy center, checked out the machines, read whatever signage there was as to how the machines worked and payment, and then attempted to make copies. Nope; something went wrong! I tried several times on the same machine to no avail. I went to another copier and finally things were working properly. After about ten minutes, my print job was done, I paid at the machine, I asked a young male salesperson for a bag to put my copies in, and I casually walked out the door. For my needs, all of this was fine, but I sorely hoped this wasn't the norm. PARKING (FREE): They had their own private spacious lot - 'nuff said. ATMOSPHERE, DÉCOR, AMBIENCE A large boxy warehouse store filled wall-to-wall and floor-to-ceiling and multitudes of aisles stocked with a ton of various office supplies of anything you could imagine. There was plenty of space between the aisles, shelves, and floor displays, with a smattering of promotional ads/posters about. Minimal natural lighting came through the large front windows and doors while soul-sucking fluorescent electric ceiling lights filled in the rest. There weren't any TVs while I couldn't recall any background music. ATTIRE Totally casual, so I would normally be in a t-shirt, boardshorts, and flip-flops. OVERALL La Crescenta's Office Depot served its purpose, but for future office service needs, I'll more than likely return to a Staples closer to me. I didn't find much differentiation between the two brands, I had a few Staples closer to me and where I normally was, and this particular location was simply dreadful in feeling like all life was sucked out of it. I walked around, and I saw nothing (even less!) that I couldn't get at Staples. The printing prices may've been slightly less, but it wasn't worth it. And, the service was mostly non-existent and hidden. I found good value based on the prices, service, and experience noted above (TOTAL paid experience was around $100.00 BEFORE any discounts, points usage, and/or tip). And, they accepted my credit card of choice... AMEX! 3.0 STARS

We did however reconnect recently and they did PPF on my girlfriend's bike's rare paintjob which we definitely wanted to preserve and keep protected. Not only was it done quickly and professionally, the final invoice was extremely competitive and came out lower than what I had guessed. Solid team, solid work, and by far not at all what's been described in the prior fake review.

All i had is a image and a idea of what I wanted to do with it. They customized my image and made it into a piece of artwork. I was amazed at what their computer guys are capable of. I worked with Elmer. He was very patient with me and gave me multiple suggestions. I just wanted vouchers for a brunch i was hosting with a specific design. They got my customized image and designed a beautiful voucher, i couldn't love it more. They also gave me the idea of printing labels to put on water bottles. They made my simple boring idea and interpreted it to many other things. While I was there I also got my business cards printed and they add more effect to make it stand out. Love this place! I needed a fast turn around for a large format print for a photo shoot. When my first option fell through due to price, and lots of complicated emails and conversations, I called Printefex. When I talked to Seth, he said no problem to everything I described, and that he could have it ready in two hours. As a set and visual display designer it makes a huge difference having a reliable resource in your neighborhood, one that does high quality work even if you are on a tight budget. The prints looked great, so we ordered an additional piece. Due to a machine malfunction, it was printed on a different material they thought would be a good replacement, so I paid and left. 2 hours later they called and said they reprinted another one at no charge using the original material because they didn't want me to have any issues on my shoot. Great service, great product and a beautiful facility! I highly recommend them. read more

ANA YOU'VE DONE IT AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Girl how do you do it? thank you for helping me out of a bind that would have gotten me in the dog house. I couldn't understand what I was doing wrong on the file in order to have it read on the flash drive. Now I see why it wouldn't open up - you are a genius and I promise, next time I bring in my cards for printing, I'm going to make your life so much easier by doing it right on my end first. You're a great teacher. The cards came out so nice, I took a customer to lunch with me at the Tam-O-Shanter to show them off. I went into PRINTEFEX today and was blown away by the service I got !! Could not wait to get home to give them a review!!!! WOW!! I am in a bit of a bind, have a wedding this weekend and needed custom stationary....all super detailed work that would take anyone else days to complete. Jason is the bomb design pro and brings the highest level of creative expertise to any graphics project. His logo work is top notch and he is easy to work with and has a solid command of the latest graphic design technology and an intuitive feel for the needs of the client. I take hundreds of photos per day on my job. I have come to depend on Ana at Printefex for my daily printing. She is always super helpful and fast! She never lets me down. Everyone that works there is great! I'll never go anywhere else! I've also had them do a variety on other printing jobs. They have printed oversized "Shrek" cutouts for a commercial. I went into Printefex this evening (Monday) to print a 4'x3' poster for a conference I'm leaving for on Friday morning. I was nervous to make sure that it would be ready on Thursday for me to take to the conference. Printefex got the poster printed perfectly in just one hour! Our house was robbed and that got me on need to download any photo that could be destroyed/stolen. Priced it out at many photo places and it was outrageous.
