If there is less than a star, I would choose it for this place. I called them to ask about a price for color copies, the owner told me to come by so they can see the files I will be printing. After I went there, no one claimed to have talked to me on the phone, the mother of the owner was rude with me and gave me the most expensive price for a color copy. They wasted my time and mislead me to come to their place. They wore very unprofessional with me. Of note, I had done some copies in the past with them and I thought that their business became better, but I was wrong. I will never ever do copies there any more, and I am going to tell all my family and friends about their bad business and horrible customer treatment. No one should do printing in that place. read more

This place is horrible. I can't believe anyone would give them a five star. As a customer I think the workers should greet you with a smile and be willing to help you instead of make the most money they can from you. I went in for a small project and was quoted a price, which I thought was too high. I even asked her if you could discount a small portion and she completely ignored me. RUDE!!! So I took my project 1 mile away to another print shop and was quoted half the price for the EXACT same work. I mean apples to apples people. PLUS, they were very helpful and not so condescending if you know what i mean!!! An actual nice person to deal with with common business sense!!! I've been using Printefex for about 5 years. I get cards and posters printed there every few weeks, and they're always great to work with. On occasion I've had an issue with my image file that I hadn't noticed until it printed, and they worked with me right there to fix it and reprint. And the very few times there have been printing problems (like an imperfection in a poster, or a smudge, etc.) that I came across after getting home, I was able to go back and ask for a reprint, which they did with no problem. They're very reasonably priced, and the employees are very friendly. read more

Printefex is GREAT! I had a large order of multiple different photos to print in various sizes and Ana and her team were spot on! They called to make sure I knew of an image needing to be cropped to best fit the size I wanted and were willing to print several proofs for no additional cost to make sure I was getting the best image quality. I had a special print job I needed on a transparent sheet I brought in. I didn't know the art store I went to sold me the wrong material, but the owner explained the right type I needed and the specific vocabulary to use in my search. He offered to order a sheet for me, even though it was a one off print job, but I opted to print on another type of paper I brought instead. After printing and cutting it immediately, he only charged me $1. After I sheepishly confessed that I didn't have any cash on me, he gave it to me for free.
