i went in for something simple but...when i walked in the lady employee was helping another customer. the man behind the counter acted as if he was to good to help me. Finally he did but he completed half of what i needed and made me continue to wait on the other employee. Finally when she got to me he had her make a phone call to an obviously more "important" customer. I expected to be greeted with a friendly attitude...i was not. Incredibly quick response following an online submission- plus not only did Seth kindly double check my submitted PDF (since I'm a total newbie to designing my own stuff) he also helped suggest the best paper type for our Save the Dates. I called Printefex at 10 AM to ask if they could handle a rush business card order. I spoke with Seth who confidently told me that if I sent the files and they were OK, he could have them done before the end of the day. Lately, I've had to get used to the idea of the over promise and under deliver so I assumed it was just an over zealous sales pitch. I sent the files, but couldn't get into the store to review paper stock until around 3 PM. When I got there, I sat down with their designer, who was a real pro and made a couple, what were for him, quick fixes on my files, went over paper stock with Seth and was told to come back in 45 minutes and I would have 2 sets of 500 business cards. I came back in 45 minutes and my cards were ready and perfect. What more can you ask for? I highly recommend Printefex. read more

I work across the street and ALWAYS use these guys, they are amazing. Very accommodating and very nice. The prices are good and it's so quick! Anytime I have a company event or need to make banners, flyers, posters, etc. they are ready to go. Also I'm not very good with sizing things so they help me with that, just the small touches like that make me come back every time. read more

This place is simple, easy, and effective. I waited so long at staples and in the end they couldn't get the job done. The printing dept. at staples is outdated and complicated. That being said, printefex is the exact opposite. I was in and out in five minutes or less! read more

Anna was amazingly helpful and flexible to our request. We had to get a few design packets made in a very limited amount of time. I shopped around and Printefex was a lot more affordable than make full color copies at Staples, and they were also able to bind them, the packets were in excess of 200 pages each. Stable was unable to bind something that big. They beat their dead line, and were able to work on pricing for us. read more

I'm overdue for a review. I needed some last minute (same day) business cards for a trip. The ladies inside informed me they would be able to get it done within 2 hours. I had nowhere to be so I decided to stay and wait inside. The owner allowed me to sit at one of their desks and eat my lunch while I waited. They were extremely friendly. went in for business cards. they were helpful enough but quoted me $60-$65 for 500 business cards. I called another print shop in burbank who has very good yelp reviews and they quoted me half of what printefex was asking. $30 for 500 business cards from this place in burbank. needless to say, i will give the burbank company a shot and see how it goes. read more
