Horrible! The owner actually questioned me, why I expected to pick up my job! She said "I haven't called you yet." The companies quotes, advertising and invoices say "3 day standard turnaround time". I came to get my job the fourth day. I had called in the morning and in the afternoon to check that it would be ready. They informed me both times, on the phone, "the job will be ready after 4pm". I live 45 minutes away. So I had scheduled my day to pick up the job "after 4pm". I was there at 4:19pm. They could not find my printed banner in their unorganized shop. The owner said "after 4pm could be midnight." I took my UNFINISHED job with me and will cancel the payment. This is the second time this company has done this to me, jokes on me this time;) TIP: Do your homework on Yelp, Go somewhere else for your printing jobs. read more

Terrible customer service, I've used their services 3x the first time they they delivered on time their service was prompt etc. Second time around their turn around was late a few days. And their customer services dropped tremendously, 3rd when it was time to do the van decals on my work truck I thought I give them another chance see if they would be on point but nah their customer service was horrible, communication wasn't good at all and they promised to fix a letter to be fixed were they messed up. I was told by Leo she would call to set up a time and bring the van to fix. To this day I have not received a call nor email. I cut my losses and moved on. Their prices are cheap but not worth all the headaches. Much rather spend more but get better service etc. read more

i just paid $59 for a 4 x 8 feet out door banner and it turned out very nice. great quality. i saved about $100 going to print 4mat. i also just picked up my truck decals and it also turned out very nice. i will tell everyone about these guys. i called 4 other shops and i was quoted 3 times higher than what these guys charge. they were fast too and one thing i noticed is they have a huge printer. i never seen one that big printing while i was there. as a customer i like being able to see the company actually printing. at print 4mat they have it out in the open to let everyone see things come off the printer. save yourself money and dont go anywhere else but to these guys at print4mat read more

The customer service is non existent. This business is run by petulant children who spend their energy making excuses and trying to discredit their own customer rather than take responsibility for their errors. We placed an order 12/26 and never received the product and have been fighting for three weeks now for a refund. Travis talks in circles and gives a different story and a different timeline each time. Now he says he recorded our conversations even though you cannot legally do so without informing the other party...as if my swearing at him is somehow worse than him stealing our money...it's not my business. Went to staples and they referred me to print4mat saying they're the only ones in Reno that could the job I requested in such a short time frame. They came through for us. 60,000 flyers and 4 double sided backdrop banners done by the next morning. They're prices were unbelievably lower than I anticipated. We ordered a few more items for next day rush to take with us to the nest show in Texas. This printer is the best I've encountered in 10 years of being in business. Prices are the best I was able to find anywhere. They really helped me out of a bind in printing a last minute order of foam board signs and 40 shirts for our tournament. Great service and staff.
